Success using BPC for knee sprain

Thought this was remarkable enough to post about.

I was lucky enough to have some BPC sitting in my fridge when I was in an accident recently - left me with a sprained knee and some fractured ribs. I couldn't put any weight on my left leg for a couple days and then decided to give BPC it's first test run. My god! 1 hour after the first injection of 250mcg I could support weight on that leg (swelling significantly reduced). by the end of day 2 I was barely limping. Yesterday marked the end of day 5 and I'm basically back to walking normal - I get small reminders here and there that it was injured, but it's close enough to good to go for me to be happy. I'm going to finish the bottle for a total of 10 days and see how it does.

I would love to try it on my ribs, but they're fractured in my back - just below my shoulderblade and I don't have anyone who can pin it for me...lord knows I can't get remotely close to reaching. I would love to have this go away..hurts to lay down in any position and breathing is a little unpleasant. I'm going to see if I can recruit a friend who's a nurse to help me out with the injections in my back for a few days to see if it helps.

Well that’s impressive and I’m glad you are doing better! I have had mediocre experiences with BPC myself, and surely nothing that dramatic.

Surely you must have some friends? If it were me and I didn’t have my GF, I would just ask someone at work if I had to. Bottom line, you just have to ask someone less attractive than yourself and they will be all over it!

Yea good to hear it helped you. Did you source from a board sponsor? I've used MA labs for a pulled calf and that seemed to speed up recovery.

Next time I am in need of some BPC I will consider them! While I have every reason to trust my board sponsor source, it has never overwhelmingly impressed me when I used it for multiple injuries. It’s one of those hard to quantify situations unless of course something happened as dramatic as your results.

Little follow up - I may have been a little too active, because I irritated it again. I've continued dosing the bpc at 250mcg twice a day and it's back to feeling pretty good. I also started adding TB 500 this week - I know most people seem to dose TB 500 once or twice a week, but I'm just doing about 375mcg twice a day with my BPC.

managed to do some moderate leg press tonight...felt good!

glad it has helped you---get well soon!!!
