doberman, what you should really be looking up is the people who got bloodwork post cycle. their numbers are epic low even tho its "not very suppressive" or "its mild." its still a steroid and should be treated as such.
anti estrogens might boost someones test levels if they are at the natural level but not if u have no natty testosterone. the negative feedback loop just isnt in place. idk how anyone thinks they can do a proper pct when they get off a cycle. you have no circulating natural hormones! there is literally nothing over the counter that will directly boost LH levels and test levels when they have been that suppressed. you will *eventually* bounce back but u will lose gains and hinder your natty test levels by doing so.
if your worried about some small level of toxicity why are you using exogenous hormones? you clearly dont understand the risks of taking them in the first place. the damage they cause is dramatically worse than what you will get from a serm. just because someone said they were fine from an OTC pct, they almost never have bloodwork. and if they do, they wouldnt be saying it worked so well. be responsible and just use a serm. if not just short term, to also boost recovery and lighten the stress placed on the endocrine system.
