Stunt Growth?

Many say don't take creatine until 18 yrs, but that has far fewer negative impacts.

not to rip on you because you are correct with the rest of your post, but you get 2g of creatine for each pound of beef, pork, tuna or salmon you eat. So creatine in moderation has no negative impacts.

gotcha, thanks for the clarification. I started taking creatine when I was 17 or so, and many people I talked to were pretty weary about it. Alot of the research I looked at back then was pretty conservative and I havn't done much on creatine since then. I just tend to stay on the safe side, cycle creatine, stick to less intense PHs, and make sure to have tons of support and a good PCT set up when I do a cycle.

Yeah, and there is a big difference between 2-5g a day, and 20-30g a day too :)

Ya I remember when I was in high school and my buddy would take creatine like it was candy. He also had major problems cramping because of it and developed a resistance against it and it did nothing for him. High school was crazy because everybody wanted to be the best and the strongest. I knew some guys who messed around with some ph's but nothing too major. I'm just glad that I educated myself then about what I was doing and what would help me. Now after college and coming back home and coaching football and helping with the lifting I can keep from having that happen. I actually found out this year that one of kids was taking Methyl 1-D and needless to say he got a reeming from me on that one. Its ridiculous that kids are even given that option these days.
