Hey Brother, Sounds like you are killing it. this time of the year is challenging for me to get to the gym. Yesterday I had a college coach that wanted me to bring my daughter to a workout last night with 2 hour notice. (Heck I just missed 4 days of gym time in KC for a tournament.) I wouldn't trade it for a moment when I think about it. she is my last kid at home and would like to see her get a good scholarship. I have been truly blessed!

Yes you are my brother!!! truly blessed. From what I've seen(from the few youtube clips) and heard about your daughter all of her hard work is going to pay off.. pray she gets into and gets an amazing scholarship to a great college !

Thanks brother! that means alot! cant get enough prayer.
She is a hard worker, I have to dial her down sometimes. Don't want her to get burned out! its a good thing her best friend is a really good softball player and hits the gym with her, they motivate each other, its really kind off cool how they challenge each other at such a young age. don't get me wrong, they do giggle a lot at the gym.

Hows your daughters Field hockey going?

Good .thanks! It really is crazy, but cool, how determined and disciplined kids like our daughters are. When i was my daughters age all i worried about was what new cereal and candy bar I was going to eat while I was watching TV... not what college am i going to go to go.. i have to get my homework done so I can go workout/train on my own so I can get better ..faster.. .. But you are right i do worried about her getting burnt out if she keeps this pace up but she like your daughter has a goal and they will be damned if anyone is going to stop them..lol

I think people that have that natural type of drive don't really tend to burn out. They tend to actually have more problems with being sedentary, or not having a goal to work towards.
