Alright guys back in the saddle today! coming off 10 days of De-conditioning. one extra day because I had some weird health issue Sunday night that lasted into Monday till about 4:00PM. Don't know what the hell it was. Had been out in the sun all weekend at a softball tournament and diet consisted mainly of Protein bars.
Need some advise: made the wife happy at about 10:00pm, went to bed woke up about 10min. later feeling weird. little short of breath, little dizzy, hands and feet had a little tingle and kind of felt like I was vibrating a little. hardly got any sleep, woke up the wife about Midnight and was thinking about having her take me to the ER. of course I was thinking that I didn't want to spend the money. woke up after maybe 2 hours of sleep in the recliner. The feeling came and went all day long. any Idea what the hell this was? I went to the googles and told he: heart attach, anemia, or panic attack. which I have never had any of before.

Feeling totally ok now though?? Like a few on here already said. sounds like a panic attack or something like that.. also could have been something like your blood sugar might have dropped from basically not eating all day or even being dehidrated to start out.. then once you started feeling weird you could have started to slightly panic making it worse because you weren't sure what was going on.... But glad you are ok brother. ! Might want to head to your Doc just to get it all checked out then you wont have to worry about the d@mn er cost..
Had you any stress that day, like stuck in traffic -or other? What were your thoughts when it happened (like: I gonna faint, it may be a heart attack, feeling helpless and impending death...) ?
Wow hope ur ok today dont think it was a heart attack maybe a panic attack your heart rate was probly elevated tho
It's probably a tumor.
Call your doctor, or go to the walk-in clinic, have some tests run. Describing your symptoms helps but you can't beat a good ECG, Blood Test, and him looking you over and touching sh.it. They all do that right?.. touch sh.it.... It's like, normal?... and that's my dentist...
Edit... wait, it was 10 minutes after / with your wife? What kind of pressure does she put on you man!? I blame 50 shades.
I did take some M-test for the first time about 4:00 that day. but I doubt that is it.
U might wanna check your sugar when i start new supps and new routines sometimes I have massive spikes and my sugar drops crazy I did bloods and the Dr said it's from excessive training
Probably Freaked out a little didn't help. Only though was thinking my life insurance is paid up. No stress that I can think of.
Hey I want to thank all my AM brothers for your input! This has really help ease my mind. It all makes sense. I know we are not Dr's but I have better luck knowing people's experiences than I do with Dr's that poke and prod run 15 test in 6 months and tell you everything is fine.
Love you guys! Not in a gay way lol .
Buy the way I had a great lift today and just got my command and convert today for another 4 weeks.
I will put the m-test back in the stash for now.

I always like hearing that product exceeded expectations.![]()
Got a keeper here. simple but effective!
Not a bunch of herbs that some scientist in africa claims makes you put on 5lbs of muscle in a week.
I have never responded to LJ in the past. must be the combo?
What app you using to track your macros?
These were also some of my thoughts. However it also would seem odd that the period of hypo would last so long. Typically hypo lasts about 15-20 minutes before the liver dumps glycogen into the bloodstream to counter it. His lasted for hours but then again he could have slept through the period his body was using the released glycogen and then woke up again due to it returning.Feeling totally ok now though?? Yes and no, some of us are just prone to large insulin spikes off of smaller amounts of carbs. However the working out definitely increases insulin sensitivity which can compound it but the reality is that you probably already produce higher than usual insulin responses to carbs and the increased insulin sensitivity from working out exacerbates the issue. I know that is the way I have always been. It is what they call reactive hypoglycemia, which is what results from simple carbs causing a higher than usual insulin spike and all of the blood sugar being shuttled into the muscle. The muscle will not give the glycogen back to the blood so you end up with low blood sugar.U might wanna check your sugar when i start new supps and new routines sometimes I have massive spikes and my sugar drops crazy I did bloods and the Dr said it's from excessive training

:fest30:Command & Control has exceeded my expectations. (My strength usually decreases when I cut my calories). We will see how another 4 weeks go.
