Studhorse Riding BPS COMMAND & CONVERT (Sponsored)

BPS Command & Control
Day: 18 Weight: 195.7

Training: HST: 1.75hrs.

Last workout for week 8 of my HST. All Drop-sets. Brutal workout but loved it!
Take 1-Command & Control @ 6:00am before breakfast and Second dose around 5:30pm Pre-workout

Nutrition:
Carbs Grams 129
Fat Grams 70
Protein grams 221
Tot. Cals 2610

Notes: Took my pre, Dropped 1ea. Command & Control.
Workout was Killer! Energy was great the whole workout! Guess the body had to get use to the Drop sets? Weight is up a little. But I had upped my carbs to get through this last week.

I’m now into de-conditioning till Monday May 8th. This old body really needs it! I will continue to take this during my 9 days off.
Command & Control has exceeded my expectations. I was skeptical at first, this really started to kick in after a week, first came the libido increase then my strength started to increase after 2 weeks, Really like the strength increase while in a 2-600 calorie deficiency. (My strength usually decreases when I cut my calories).
Note: I will be ordering another bottle of each to keep this ride going.

4-28-2017 end of 8 week noodz! still too fat but I did loose a little over the last 8 weeks. I need to look at my diet a little closer for my next 8 weeks. It's tough this time of year traveling almost every weekend and eating out. (I get tired of ordering 2 chicken breast and rice and veggies) or a fast food place jacking up my order or don't know what to do when I order just meat.

lol, it is kind of fun when you get the deer in the headlights look and hold on let me get the manager. My wife is like just just take the meat out of it. I'm like I'm not paying for food that i'm going to toss in the trash. (plus the manager doesn't know what to do so it usually comes out a lot cheaper)!

Studhorse - man you look to be in almost the exact same condition as I am right now. We should keep each other motivated on this one!!!! I am gonna get them damn abs by 8/1/17 like I said in that challenge thread.

Sounds like a plan! I have never had abs that you could see, always had too much fat on my mid section, I'm starting to get rid of the Power lifting mindset. (afraid to lose strength) and trying to lean up. this is a hobby for all of us but I like a good challenge. I will be traveling a lot on the weekends with my daughter (She plays travel softball till November) but I'm going to take my tub of protein, couple gallons of water, shaker cup, box of protien bars and stay away from the concession stand food:yuck:
When I can I try to get a extended stay Hotel with a kitchen so I can cook some.

If staying low carb during those times a giant thing of almonds is another recommendation I would make for traveling.

If I have learned nothing else from you over the years, I still know how much of an animal you can get to be when it's a competition.

Yeah no doubt I can get very competitive. This one is not so much competitive as a personal challenge. However I would still expect to see me with a 6 pack and maybe even a new PR or two when it is all said and done. I looked back at myself though, and although we are very close I think I have to give Studhorse the leg up on being a little bit leaner and fuller muscle than me right now. Give me a week or two and I can probably catch up with muscle memory and a couple pounds of fat coming off.

Then again he isn't going to stop making progress either!!!!

That's the spirit and believe it or not that is actually harder to do than not taking it in the first place. Consider that a win!!!!

LMAO! you saved me just in the nick of time. I was saving it to eat after lunch. (All I eat is protein for breakfast)

Very similar here, when cutting all I eat is protein and fat for breakfast. Typically 5 or 6 eggs in 1-2tbsp of coconut oil and some spinach, or greens powder. I like adding in the fats here as it is a great time not to store them, and gets the body burning fats right off in the morning.

Got a bottle of Virtus, EOD .5 (This stuff crashed my estrogen & Labido last time I did it)

Got 2.5 cans of Androcrene 4 pumps x 2 times a day. (Bought it on a great deal when it was being discontinued) I think this is stronger than the last few cans. Smeared a little on this morning and the smell is stronger! maybe they were trying to get rid of the LAXO and put more in each can? probably just wishful thinking.

Also have 2 bottles of FD2 that I got back when it was a great deal.

Never stacked this many products at one time, (Like to run them solo to see if they are worth a crap) but they all did me well in the past so what the hell!

I would get those big bags of 'em and they might last a week. Going through a lot of roasted cashews now. Mood has been better since I've been eating a cup of cashews a day. Not fighting depression but they do have a really good natural antidepressant in them so I assume that's the reason.

Cashews are a delicious treat. My in-laws keep some in their fridge for me.
