I’m on week 5 of my HST and Week 5-8 is when I start packing on the muscle.

LOL, I guess I was lucky, I definitely had some nerd friends but was more on the... "Oh he is so sweet to be that nice, he will make a good father. I must mate with him now to seal the deal!" side of things. :)

Reading about all of you guys and your bully antics is reminding me of my High School days. Except that I was on the other end of that, since I was picked on fairly hard. I went to a pretty large High School (1,300 in Freshman class) and I was short. Really short. Like 4'8" when I started, so I was a pretty popular target. After a few months of daily beatings, I developed a tactic to stop from being killed; I waited in the main hallway for whatever kid was the worst at the time while standing next to a groups of teachers. When said kid would walk by, I would step up to him and start pounding. The teachers would break us up and take us both to the principal. I learned a pretty important lesson that year. Most people don't like being hit, and after a few times of having a tiny kid go all ape shyt on them, they'd leave me alone. By Sophomore year, it had stopped except for a few of the worst ones. I didn't grow much until the year after I graduated. 8 inches in 8 months. Hurt like h3ll.
 
I know how you feel SFreed. I was small and poor in a school where people thought they were rich. Got spit on and all. Slammed a kid's head into the cinder block wall in front of the principal for saying something about my mom. Punched a kid in front of a teacher when he spit on me. Never got in trouble for either. My dad had already threatened to beat the crap out of the principal if I got in trouble for sticking up for myself since the school wasn't going to stick up for me. Lol. I might have pushed the boundaries of that a little bit sometimes.
 
I will say that the people that say "Just ignore them and they'll get tired of it and leave you alone" are full of crap! If you want it to stop, you gotta make em bleed or hurt them some other way.....more than once.

Luckily I had a Dad that didn't punish me for defending myself or someone else. I remember one time in the principal's office my Dad saying he wasn't raising a whippin post.

Thanks brother! I do make sure I hit my protein numbers and try to stay under 2850 cals a day. I have found myself staying under my cals most days. think I'm getting the hang of it!

I think this stack would be great for a cut....I am only on day 5 and I am 100% surprised at the drying out effect[HARDENING]that convert is having on me.

I wasn't expecting much but now that you mention it I have been dropping a little weight. maybe it is the Convert ?

this the reason I asked if you had any joint issues...since you are using flextril you likely wouldn't notice, but I dropped down to 1 convert daily-I am totally surprised by this effect, definitely wasn't expecting it from reading label!!!

of course stimrush turned out to be much better than I expected from label also....

He turned around like he wanted to fight then saw it was me and changed his mind.

I was picked on a lot when I was younger until I snapped one day and hurt a guy and the teacher who tried to get me off of him. He actually ended up running and climbing up an electric pole trying to get away from me after about 6 guys from my class tackled me to get me to stop. Then the next year another big ol football player kept messing with me. He was about 6'0 and 230, he tried to give me a swirly in the bathroom and I pushed him off of me. He told me that was my ass and he was going to get me later. Then later at the us terminal he threw a punch at me and I ducked, then jumped up on him like a spider monkey. Got him in a headlock and wrapped my legs around his waist and went to pounding him in the face until we both fell over a fence and he was unconscious on the other side. I must have hit him 30 times! I split his nose open and he had some cartilage showing through the hole in his nose, it was crazy!!!! Not sure that he didn't catch it on a nail from the fence but it sure made me look like a bad ass! After that nobody wanted to have anything to do with fighting me.

No doubt! I remember getting in fights kicking the crap out of each other then going back to playing dirty rugby like nothing had happened. That or people getting into fights then that was the end of it. Worst thing you may have had to worry about was a friend wanting to fight you after, but they wouldn't jump in.
Being 6'4" is overrated
