Stuck in the same WEIGHT!!

I am 38 years old,5'11'',219lbs and 20.5% bf,before I started training i got up to 295lbs,and in 14 months I got down to 197 lbs but with the same bf of 20% so in the rest of the time I gain 19lbs of muscle but my bf is the same,can somebody help me,I train 5 dysa a week and do cardio 30 minutes of it after weights,I tried all fat burners and they do help but i been on this plateu ,can some lay out a good diet?

Change things up. Look at the WHOLE of what you are doing. Forget about supplements and fat burners if you're 20.5% bodyfat - you're wasting your time and money there; spend it on FOOD instead.

Read Invalid Link Removed for comprehensive advice and information on nutrition (supplementation, and training) for fat loss. You should be able to put together a nutrition plan for yourself from that - don't expect someone else to just give one to you; a lot of time and effort goes into creating a specific and individualized nutrition plan. You need to find out what works for YOU.

Plus, look around at other options re nutrition/diet - there's plenty of information out there!
