Stubborn belly fat

I like it quite a bit. Bottle is 6 oz. Seems to take less to cover same area. The burn and other effects are comparable. Eviscerate smells a little better but Vaso doesn't stain my undershirts. Both dry fast. Can't say I like it better but definitely a contender to rotate in. The stain free on whir clothes is a big plus IMO. Evisc is cheaper though.
 
Unless I'm missing something, that initial diet layout looked like it was really low (or entirely missing) fat, didn't it? Aside from cooking things in olive oil that is.

Looked like a lot of lean protein and carbs.

Unless I overlooked something, that in itself can cause issues without giving your body the means to make very important hormones and that's far more important than any supplements mentioned in here (despite numerous quality supplements being talked about).

Went back and looked and you are correct. There is very little fat in his diet. Good catch.
 
Mate you're obviously not in a caloric deficit. I've got 2 words for you: Intermittent Fasting. Work out your BMR then put yourself around 500 calories below this. You could try Keto, but you'll go insane with the restriction of carbs. IF will work just as well as Keto, however you'll be able to actually enjoy eating. Think about it - would you rather be eating 5 sparrow sized meals or 2 really big meals that satisfy you whilst still hitting your macro's? There are other great benefits of IF - Google it - there's heaps of stories of people like you getting lean through this approach.
 
500 below BMR? Holy cripes. I'd say 500 below TDEE. If I did 500 below BMR at 6' 0.5" 215lbs, Age 48, I'd be eating 1400 cals/day. I maintain at 3100. I know some people like IF, but the data shows it isn't as good as regular interval feeding for MPS.
 
Like stated keto + hiit+ yohimbine caffiene does wonders. There are plenty of keto recipes out there and just use full fat items. Plus Metamucil helps if you have a problem popping with low fiber/carbs

A great stack that I've used for belly fat loss was using cardarine known GW-51516 and ligandrol, even s4 if you can afford it just in the anabolics/ ppar antagonist category. Then throw in some yohimbe at 0.2mg/kg body weight, l-carnitine (preferably evogen carnigen), then a moderate stim based burner then fasted cardio (low intensity steady state). Then mode of a 'blood and guts' Dorian style training at night followed by more low intensity cardio. Of course you need to Taylor your diet to put you in a fat burning state specifically instead of just calorific deficit in general, but that's something to tackle in the nutrition forums.. That's just my personal preference in what has produced the best results for me
 
I would go with:
Intermittent Fasting
HIIT 3x first thing in the morning
Norcodrene + Shift + Reduce XT + Eviscerate

You could add some Target A2 in the HIIT sessions (as already said, try it solo first, it's very potent).
I would also consider, after some time in this protocol, switch Norcodrene for Lipodrene (DMAA+Acacia rigidula+Ephedra+Synephrine+Y).

ECY is also very effective.
 
I've got similar issue. I was at 12 percent and holding belly fat. Since then I have worked on gaining size. I'm probably doing ec stack and adding maybe pes shift
