Might not be your thing, but I found Alpha Lions sleep formula to be very effective & still use it after heavy training sessions. Cbd & Hemp, Ashwagandha combos work for me too. Gaba is an interesting one. Lots of info on it, how it struggles to cross the Blood Brain Barrier, but for me it has very profound effects. Ah Phenibut. I absolutely LOVE it. I know for you it's not an option, but I've used it consistently for over a year at 3g twice a week and it still does it's magic as well now as it did back then. Just goes to show how everyone is different as I appear to have no tolerance/ withdrawals at all like many seem to have.
