Fellas,

Its my 3rd week of phera 30/30/40/40
M14ADD 90/90/90 or till it runs out
Epistane 30/30/30/30 and things are good. I am 5 punds heavier. i am training harder, and heavier. I am hungry all the time, and am pleased so far with the results of how i look too. i tan a couple times a week, and have had no acne problems. No androgenic sides. Not too much water retention either. a bit.

maybe you should weigh in now and get bf% so we can see how your progress plays out from now til the end since we dont have any stats from day 1 of your cycle
 
good to hear about your results. whats your before/current bf? Thats a really wet cycle wowza!
 
the phera and m14add are being ran on top of each other
and the epistane is being added in the last week and being carried solamente til the end

It is a bridge. I have to get body fat done. You are right. I was 235 and 240 now. I am not too concerned with bodyfat. I walk daily and it keeps my metabolism pretty high. I am thinking of buying NOS ETHER LEVEL 1 from nutraplanet for 20 bones. You think its a good product for the money. I would be stacking with 5g BCAA pre workout, and possibly AAKG. 4 TO 5G. Maybe an NO pill product.
 
i know it takes some time but if you post your avg day (not at sea)
for example meal times, what you eat, and when you train and your supplement regime (for ex. pre+post w/o, when you take liver/support supps)

I am 17.5 in. neck 37 or 38 waist depending on before or after eating lol...I take ALIVE Multi, liv 52 2-3 caps daily, hawthorne berry 3-4 525 mg caps daily, taurine as needed, but around 2 g daily. I take enzymes, fish oil 3x daily with meals. I also take another multi before bed.

Pre workout, I either eat, or have oats n whey 2 scoops. I also take 5g bcaa. Post I take ON PRE LOAD CREATINE, and OPTIMUM WHEY. I train 6 days a week on cycle.
I take public transportation so I walk a lot. I eat breakfast on the ship
EGGS scrambled with cheese. Cereal with milk.
and fruit, or a donut. I love me some donuts.
I have shakes inbetween meals. OATS N WHEY.
Lunch is on the ship,
and Dinner could be chipotle, or burger king, after training and a shower. You have to keep in mind I live on the ship, and cant cook my own food rightnow, but once I move the family over My diet looks like this

MEAL 1 3-4 EGGS whole, 3 pieces Trader Joes turkey bacon, peppers, and onions, and cheese.

Meal 2 SHAKE 50gm protein, oats n whey, 1 tbsp flax oil

Meal 3 ground turkey, 6 oz, and 1 cup brown rice, w/ broccoli or peas.

Meal 4 same as 2

Meal 5 post training steak or ground sirloin, 1 cup brown rice, veggies.

Meal 6 Nitro core 50gm, peanut butter, 2 pcs ezekiel raisin toast.

cant forget the preworkout dolla menu double cheese burger son!

what is your split right now?
shoot me over a PM or a text or something when you are training and lets hit it... did some full depth squats with dropsets tonight, eric didnt like them too much to say the least

SOUNDS TOUGH SON, I was out to sea, and internet is horrible. I am back now, and ready to continue my assault on food and the gym. The strength is going up, and I feel tighter. and look a bit harder. we will see.

That sounds great. It sounds like the old stack by black dragon labs. methystane, or something like that. Brandon told me he can see a difference now, and that means its working. I dropped back to 30 for the phera, or I would have run out early. Thanks for all your help son.
