To the best of my knowledge the formula hasn't been changed., however manufacturers are always updating/changing up the formulas without fully informing their retail suppliers though so it wouldn't surprise me if it was a little different.

Only way to verify would be to look at the current bottles ingredients and compare it to the previous.

^^I personally do not. I've tried it before during an arm workout and didn't like the feeling from it. That's just me though.

Probably just use them for one or two movements with arms and legs/calves but not too often.

Agreed. I see people in my gym that will use them but I haven't seen anyone regularly using them.

It is crazy how hard it is to buy workout equipment !!
 
I broke down and bought some overpriced 90lb Powerblock db's on craigslist and found a commercial FID bench at a local supplier...figured it's just an investment in things I'll probably use forever anyway.
 
Why I was glad I stopped paying for a gym years ago.

Definitely. Can always use a bench and I have been looking at power blocks for a while but never pulled the trigger. How do they feel?

I felt the new sport ones...did not like them at all.

these seem to feel great, balance is fine, grip is fine, hand fit's fine (I didn't feel like my had fit well in the sport models)

Bought most of it at yard sales and such so penny’s on the dollar. I think my initial plate set was only think I paid full price.
 
75% of my Home Gym came from Craigs List.

Definitely can find some good deals at garage sales for the home gym. Typically people selling it are just wanted to clear space so will sell it for super cheap.

90% of my home gym came from Facebook Marketplace.
I actually found a good use for FB! Ridiculous deals out there. (Well, before this pandemic and gougers)
 
The good news is after the Pandemic there will be lots of cheap almost new equipment for sale !!
