It’s not recommended for women because the arimistane has estrogen reducing properties and bulbine has the potential to increase test. What were your goals? I am sure we can help you get something good lined up for you

Thanks. My goal is to lose 30lbs and take off the fat. I’m 5”3 160lbs and 36 years young ;)
Any advice on supplements would be great!

Agreed on Kat with good advice. If you want something stimulant based you could look at muscle sculptor and non stimulant you could add in assissinate or run them separately. Both very solid. As long as your diet is in check they will help you

Thought this would be good to share for those of us who like using stimulant based pre-workouts...

Remember to take care of your Adrenal Receptors!

It helps quite a bit especially if you're a stim junky like me.

I got to a point to where my preworkouts just didn't have the same kick for me and I felt as though I was just wasting them (along with my money).

Even after 2 scoops I'd still be yawning in between my sets at the gym.

Can't tell you how much of a difference this actually made for me after taking a nice 5 week break from the stims and using an adrenal cleanse during that period.

No exaggeration, it felt like I was using Jack3d again for the first time.

But its always only a matter of time till you build your tolerance back up again.
 
I took a week off of stims last week.....

I am just trying to make it to spring break and then I will have two weeks to get off the stims and probably continue it for another two weeks. Mid March is the start time so I might have to grab this beforehand. Seems like it treated you really well

I had to go on a week long business trip so No Gym or Stims for a week, my body enjoyed the rest.......... But I missed my daily routine !!
