Chocolate Caramel Peanut Butter Choc Chip Protein Bars
Ingredients
2 cups of 1 min rolled oats
1 cup of Dymatize ISO100 Choc Caramel
1/2 cup of roasted peanuts
1/4 cup of dark choc chips
2oz of unsweetened almond milk
2 heaping tbs of chunky unsalted peanut butter
4oz of unsweetened apple sauce
1 tbs of liquid vanilla extract

I like the S’mores and Banana Walnut. The toffee was very sweet and meh. A buddy said the chocolate chip > S’mores. They’re heavy nut butter so if you don’t like that you won’t like the bars.

They are heavy nut butter that’s how the bases are made. Hence the PB and AB bases + the whey Isolate, Honey, oatmeal(for most) as the staple ingredients that comprise the bars.
Besides that it’s the spin offs for the flavors and no prebiotic fiber which is common in most bars. Eliminates risk of bloating and GI distress. The best part is the digestion of the bars IMO
And how soft the consistency stays right out of the wrapper
For most people I would assume:
- S'mores (Wish it had a lot more graham cracker)
- PB C&C
- Almond Butter Choc Chip & Oatmeal Raisin
would be safe bets to start, since his PB C&C is one of his top selling whey flavors as well.

They don’t have prebiotic fiber (Known for bloating)
Don’t have glycerin
Outright bars are flavored with honey as a natural sweetener
The texture is light years better (Outright bars feel like soft cookies)
Taste is far better then quest.

My American chums, namely those in NYC, I need some info.
I may have to temporarily re-locate to NY, namely manhattan, in the next 6-9 months through work and I’m just trying to get an idea of things.
I currently train in chain gym because it’s 24/7 so I can train any time. What would a similar set up cost me in Manhattan? I know it’s a big place but I’ve no idea where about a exactly I’ll be staying/working at the minute, I’m just after ball park figures.
