Insane. Especially with such a big drop when they initially changed the formula. Glad they went back to the og eventually. They really did change the bar game.

True but when I think about it I can get a quest bar literally everywhere. Gas station, grocery store, smoothie shop, almost anywhere. Guess they’re doing something right.
 
You know, they’re very hard to find here in single bars. Lenny & Larry cookies and Grenade carb killas are in petrol stations and supermarkets but quest, which I prefer to CK’s (as they’re suitable for veggies) - no where to be seen.

I Haven’t had one in around 2-3 years since they changed the formula. It’s a shame really, me and the wife used to munch through them regularly. Cookie dough and cookies & cream FTW.

I had a quest bar a couple of years ago. Tasted like ****, very very chewy. Never again.

Carb killas seem to be in every shop going now


Fulfil bars are also getting popular

But I’ve never seen quest in the shops other then supp shops

You'd be surprised. I bet they get their money back quicker than you would think. Plus quest is branching into the protein game & cookies & a few other products.
 
I was out of the loop for a bit with regards to Kai Greene and the olympia, pulled up the generation iron interview with him and almost fell asleep.

Too much philosophy to understand him sometimes.

Never really listened to him but I don’t doubt it. I’ll check it out when I get a chance. Really wanted him to get back in the game a few years ago. He’s a beast.
 
I've watched that interview as well. I agree, I felt like I just wanted to here the cliff notes version of Kai :)
 
That does look good. I've always liked Lee Priest as a bodybuilder and his personality.

Hey guys, looking for recommendations for a natty recomp/maintenance product/stack. Have used Recomp Rx before a few times and got good results. Was considering Anafuse, however I'm currently using True Shred so I kinda wanna go a different route than laxo.
