Virtus is my favorite ai over the last 3-4 years. So potent it helped keep 100mg trest in check. Those two are great for recomp/hardening.

Im a couple days into Anabolic Effect and have around three quarters of a bottle of virtus, would they go well together, I'm guessing the virtus would keep me nice and tight while bulking on the AE, you think?

I didn’t plan on doing it, I’m not even signed up to a gym right now either


Literally had zero motivation past two months.

Need to get into the rhythm of going to the gym first, before I think about a log.


But I don’t mind, it will probably be a John meadows program of some sort too

So it will be like a double log

I'm now using Neuro AET (clary sage) in the AM and now using the Lavender in the evening...I do really find the lavender relaxing

BTW: you should get in on the video review promo we're doing!
