First, make sure you aren't taking any stims within 6 hours of sleep.
Avoid TV, the phone, and your computer within 1 hour of bed. They all stimulate the mind too much which doesn't allow your brain to calm down.
If you are watching TV or anything like that at least get some blue light blockers. I use these ones: Invalid Link Removed
You can also try doing some meditation before bed.
ordering a pair of those glasses, thanks!!!
Great! I have read up quite a bit on trying to improve sleep.
The blue light from tv, phones, and computers makes your brain think it is still daytime so it messes with your circadian rhythm.
If you guys are interested on the subject, here is a great vid I saw a while back.

Sleep deprivation is rampant these days (especially amongst younger people). I need my 8-9 hours minimum or I’m a hot mess![]()
Haven't had 8-9 hours since college.. Man that must be nice i'm happy with 6.
I just work like a dog and sleep like a baby
Ive consistently been getting around 5 most days for quite a while. And its not gettin any better considering im now working full time and going to college lol i get the odd day here and there where i can manage 7-8 but it doesnt happen that oftenI get about 6-7 hours except Sunday I get about 8 and if I'm lucky a nap !!!
I try my best to prioritize getting 8 hours of sleep, makes me much more efficient with everything that I do and I don't need breaks/naps. Makes a huge difference in mood too.
I also do higher fat in my diet as well because back when I did keto my energy levels were very consistent as opposed to the occasional crash on carbs. So far it has been good to me.
Now I am at the point that I fall asleep within 5 mins of deciding to do so and rarely wake up in the middle of the night.
I have no kids though so empathize with you guys who have to balance all that in.
musclemaker how old are you?
I usually like to use a funnel into a water bottle but I just have to use a shaker instead. No big deal I guess just a heads up
I'll be fine. Tbh, not the type to be tryna get free stuff. I just got a lift in and doesn't seem to have an effect on the product so I'm good. Thanks tho!

I agree on hydra. I think antaeus just doesn't market it enough.
Whenever we run a promo on it, its sells like hot cakes.
Excellent feedback on the product too.
Just to add to this, Antaeus has something new and exciting dropping soon.
Keep your eyes and ears peeled, it seems very promising!

Definitely CBum is the favor for classic category, my eyes tho are on the Dutch guy Wesley Vissers - his transformation is amazing over the the last years and I truly believe we'll see more from him moving forward!Invalid Link RemovedWe're getting close, any predictions for Olympia?
I don't care much for the main but I think Phil will take it as usual.
I am more curious about classic. Think CBum has it?
It's like dough
Mine was like that also, it does not get any worse and it works GREAT !!

This is me as well. 5 most nights if im lucky and 7 or so on the weekends.
Lack of time or lack of ability to fall asleep?
Lack of time typically. With my schedule, college, kids and full time job I typically cant get to the gym until 9:30-10 and then I finish up around 11:30 at the latest get home and im asleep by 1 on a good day, up at 6-6:30 for work the next day.

I commend you. I would probably skip the one of those to catch up on sleep![]()

almost identical...bed at 12 up at 5-5:30
too many years of night shift, if I go to bed before 12 I can't fall asleep for hours
Yea exactly. In the Marines I spent several years working a terrible schedule of two days, two nights, two off. That was the worst sleep schedule I ever had. On my two day shifts I didnt fall asleep until 1 sometimes 2 and was up at 4:45am so my sleep schedule was all over. When I got out I worked retail for about 4 years, which was days and nights mixed in, although nowhere near as early wakeups so not as bad. Now I am at a job where I work days so far more consistent, albeit still only 5-5.5 hours of sleep.
Yes it canyeah, the military can really screw with sleep...
Yes it can
Maybe that’s why my dad is an insomniac lol
