Yeah I used it in some PES products on a cut and really noticed a difference in terms of muscle preservation.

I have never tried it but I did get some, just need to work it in the rotation !

I figured true shred would be up toward the top with the results that our three loggers have gotten from it!
 
Yea just read up on the logs. True Shred is legit, nice to have a "natural" cutting option rather than using a fat burner.

ps. I know it not exactly natural bc of 7keto and arimistane but in my book if I don't have to do a pct it is natural.

Seems like their is mixed info out there. I know a lot of the guys on here (AM) say it doesn't work based on studies, at the same time we have tons of customers who used arimistane as just a straight muscle hardener and reported it worked very well, even guys that have reported jumping on it while on cycle because they were getting early stage gyno and it reversed.

Muscle hardening effects are typically associated with estrogen reduction, so it's all a bit debatable in my opinion.

With many ingredients out there you can find studies that says an ingredient does one thing and then another study that says it doesn't.

I saw in the other thread that you mentioned that when your estrogen gets too low you feel like crap. How did that happen in the past? Specific ingredients you were using?

Used A-HD back in the day made me feel like crap and killed sex drive believe it or not.

Hmmm... tough to say on that one, that product had a whole bunch of different ingredients and there were multiple versions.

At the same time, assuming arimistane does work it would not completely kill your estrogen off to where you should feel like crap. When you felt like that there were likely some other catalysts.

We have definitely had guys report odd things from big mainstream products/brands, especially ones that have a bunch of ingredients that you/we are not familiar with.

Remember, when you are using most of these products you are only using them for 4-8 weeks, so even if your estrogen is reduced it is not for a sustained amount of time that should make you start to feel ill.

Ive used alot of BCAAs in my life. Hundreds of kilos.
I always add to my water at the gym with a little carbs. This one tastes so good and the HICA is such a great addition.
There are more expensive products that have just HICA at a lower dose.

You can check out the three logs on true shred in the supplement logs section. It seemed like the three loggers all have increased vascularity and dropped a few lbs...

I leaned out, veins and cuts more visible. I don't max out but I got stronger, upped my curls 5-10lbs. Def noticed an improvement in my mood and aggressiveness in the gym, like I said I felt good on true shred.
