Hello everyone,
I have just recently started focusing my efforts on primarily strength. I am wondering if you have any suggestions on calorie distribution. I am not really looking to bulk up. I am at my goal weight but now I want to maximize the weight I lift. Should I eat a maintenance diet, higher carb, higher protein? Any suggestions would be helpful.
My current stats are as follows:
height - 5' 11"
weight - 200 lbs +/- a few lbs
bench - 270 lbs
squat - 350 lbs
curl - 120 lbs
P.S. I understand that generally with strength comes size but I would like to stay somewhat close to my current weight.
