strange gyno

Have puffy nipples and hard lump that has reduced under nipple am currently taking 20mg b 6 and tamoxifen 20mg each day (has reduced the hard lump)but what should I do about puffiness,bodyfat sitting at maybe 12 percent, previous cycles m sten, superdrol,dbol ,anadrol and winstrol ,what can I do to get rid if the puffiness?,tried letro reversal did not work well

puffiness may be from BF%. everyone is unique but more than likely it is because of BF

Intermittent fasting (leangains protocol ),no alchol bro ,I notice if I have anything with caffeine it flared

Just ignore the puffyness. It's not gonna kill you and it sounds you have your estrogen under control now.

Do you have any idea what it is ,seems certain non alcoholic make my nips more puffy then it goes down ,can't seem to find the cause might start basic diet where only basic food ingredients are consumed then add over ingredients then shall know which one is the trigger ,is the puffiness gyno ?
