I didn't use Var so not sure what you mean.
Have been seriously sick after my PCT and just getting over it. went snowboarding and came back with dangerous fevers, mouth full of cold sores (on my tongue on gums) and now I need to have all 4 wisdom teeth taken out.

pretty shifty run! but back to training next week. I have lost 2kg so that's a bummer but I'm back, will be stronger than ever and have a few comps coming up so I'm excited to really show people what I've got going on.

It's a shame cause I went from looking "super" to looking skinny cause of this freakin illness.

(suggestions) - want to hang around the 82kg mark 9.5% range and just get STRONG.

Just wanna really hit the strength & aggression department as body comp is still great even though I did lose weight due to illness and look on a the skinny side but a few days of eating again and I'll be full of glycogen.
