For a better leaning effect. If I'm not mistaking Anabeta elite has about 50mg of forsk. 75-100 is where you want to be.

50 mg is fine....I guess if you wanted to spend more money on something you didn't need....That's the whole point of purchasing the elite version, because it's included...No need to add anything.
