Stoked, Trans res and AP/P-Slin

would the estrogen reduction from taking stoked/Trans resveratrol effect the glut4 activation from AP or P slin??

Not that I know of, however, i would like to have a more educated member of our team answer this one for you.

As far as I recall, hepatic insulin sensitivity, and by extension, glucose homeostatis can be influenced by estrogen levels, whereas the specific pathway in muscle cells is not entirely understood. Now, there are two estrogen receptors, ER-alpha and ER-beta. ER-alpha appears to positively influence the expression of GLUT-4 proteins, while ER-beta appears to suppress GLUT-4 proteins. These results, however, occur in the absence of any additional exogenous stimulation of GLUT-4 expression via Anabolic Pump and/or P-Slin. Considering that trans-resveratrol has weak estrogen-modulating properties, and given that it is not a priori clear, through which estrogen receptors resveratrol will act upon, the probable impact of resveratrol supplementation on GLUT-4 is not likely to negatively impact the GLUT-4 stimulation through Anabolic Pump or P-Slin. On the contrary, resveratrol up-regulates GLUT-4 expression, and is, consequently, fully compatible with Anabolic Pump or P-Slin.

Or simply stated, STOKED and Anabolic Pump should work well together :D
