GME owner feels that economy is going bad and he is just saving up the $$ no plans to buy anything now .. but holding that money to make future purchases

which suxs for short term stocks but seems like a decent long term goal.

Cohen briefly went over it in the beginning and quickly moved on, mentioned dont want to hype or anything. At end someone asked the other board member taking questions and just said Cohen talked about all that already and QnA was really short.

They just did what they needed to do for the annual meeting and thats that.

You just file outstanding shares not distributed or any other held by the company or board members and file with the agency SEC or FINRA something like that. Seen it done bunch of times before.

That being said all too little too late that CEO and board members need to take a hike.

It was in a 8k filing with the SEC...I assume the depository trust would be involved somehow. I provided a photo of that but did find the official filing on the SEC website, link was posted in investor relations on the GTII website.

Oh wow FNGR started the morning and most of day with extremely dead volume…… I’m out for a couple hours and finished with 729k volume on the day when I checked afterhours, the most volume since April 30….then I find out 580k volume in the final single minute of trading alone!!! wtf???????

I highlight the last minute in the chart below right at 4pm showing 580.49k volume just for that minute
More volume in a single minute than complete total daily volume since May 23

Need to overthrow management....setup never left we have government proof stock was naked shorted hard but we in the middle of a fight for retail shareholders overthrowing company managment that wants to do nothing and diluted the stock for personal gains in recent times. A bit more to the story but they are panacking, even canceled over 30 million shares they gave out to themselves that they called unintended, lol

My main play right now is another mining stock CIFR and also playing CIFRW (warrants,) Im a little in the red BTC took another sudden turn but this is it. Made mental mistake of buying higher 4.69 should have gambled on pullback first, in which it went nice and green twice already since Monday only to re-dip....I was mad as I almost jumped on Friday in very low $4s but it is what it is. CIFRW in a 1.53.

Earnings were bad, CEO came on Williams sounds promising but Univest ended up being a fluke, a few more months and they are leaving them for new financiers, Apple Care turned to be a flop company they tried to do deal with started asking too much, no money on "Big Data".....

Positives: Pending deal with Chinese Government but who knows how long that would take. Also warrant dividend pending with SEC but they need some numbers out for them still. Some other deals in works but technically chart looks horrible. I sold out premarket Monday after Friday afterhours PR for earnings.

Will keep watching to see how low it goes and for news events.
