PA county retirement fund is suing AMC in Delaware Court to put a halt/freeze to the March 14th APE shares vote

Claims issuing APE shares for the purpose of later becoming AMC shares is dilution that was not voted on ahead of time. Claims ya can't create APE shares and let them count in a vote to become full shares.

AMC up on the news and APE shares down

MULEN posted this yesterday and someone raised a valid question.

To me they look like doge caravans lol

Looking at the Mullen page, those don't look the same?? The actual Mullen vans have a distinct angled driver door window, and more of a taller Transit van type look, with sharper corners

so basically no reverse split and we dont know what will happen to APE shares now

I guess it depends if the court will grant the injunction. Requesting it is only the first step.

I was listening to the All from Boston video about it and I heard AA and AMC have 10 days to respond to the restraining order. Didnt double check that though.

Made a move after watching CLNV consolidation time, swapped 250 shares of GNS (still have some 1.5k left) for 13k shares of CLNV to bring my total over 31k shares to give me more breathing room if this does run up, which it might not who knows???

Im still very in GNS with its dividend date set on the 28th, and issuance date middle of March, CLNV is just doing things slightly sooner and Im bored lol

LUNR popped from single digits from last week to $134 today.

Good reason to keep high GTC orders.

Institutions owned over 200% of the entire float I heard. Naked shorted as hell.

I hope so, different type of short squeeze those most comparatively to GME which had 270% institutional ownership (synthetics crated by naked shorts stocks were sold to them in boatloads) prior to its squeeze. Our pennny stocks need to launch differently since there isnt institutional ownership in any way like that.

How would someone be able to say institutions owned 200% of a stock?

Where would that number ever be printed for real, since synthetics live outside of the real world of stock tracking data??

Its on paper, you can look up institutional ownership of companies on official documents...but I dont remember excactly where to look all that up. Fintel maybe? I dunno exact off the top of my head but these are all officially reported by institutions themselves.

There is no real world in stock trading data, is there??? The entire stock market is rigged. If you wanna buy shares, they will come up with it somewhere I guess, who cares, here you go buddy take them, all you ever wanted!!! LOL

The only cure to this cancer is to blockchain wallstreet. There is no reason it cant be done now other than the entire system might make planet earth pop into oblivion.

Creatd Welcomes Dan Bates of Clean Vision (OTCQB: CLNV) as Newest Member of CEOBLOC Advisory Board

February 23, 2023 - 10:00 am
  • Dan Bates (CLNV) joins existing Advisory Board members Jeremy Frommer, (CRTD) and Martin Shen, (FNGR).
  • Advisors undergo an approvals phase before appointment and agree to participate in a united cause to protect retail investors.
NEW YORK, Feb. 23, 2023 -- Creatd, Inc. (OTCQB: CRTD; Upstream: CRTD) ("Creatd" or the "Company"), the parent company of retail investor activist group Invalid Link Removed, today announced the appointment of Dan Bates, CEO of Clean Vision Corporation ("Clean Vision") to its Advisory Board.

CEOBLOC is an organization established with the goal of bringing national attention to the plight of retail investors in today's public markets. It recently established an advisory board, envisioned as a cohesive unit of CEOs working together to set CEOBLOC's organizational vision, provide governance and oversight support, and advocate publicly on the organization's behalf. Advisory Board members undergo a vetting process before admission.

Commented Creatd CEO and Chairman Jeremy Frommer, "I am thrilled to welcome Dan Bates as the latest addition to CEOBLOC's advisory group. Dan's track record as CEO and intimate knowledge of the fight we're up against make him an asset to our cause to protect retail investors and halt the abusive trading practices that threaten them every day."

Mr. Bates joins the two inaugural members of CEOBLOC's advisory board: Jeremy Frommer of Creatd, Inc. and Martin Shen of FingerMotion, Inc. Like Mr. Bates, both are CEOs of companies with stocks that have or are believed to have experienced an outsized impact from naked shorting effects. CEOBLOC is currently in the process of reviewing a number of individuals for future addition to the Advisory Board. Crucial for appointment to the Advisory Board is a commitment to combining individual resources and uniting as a collective. Participating CEOs and executives agree to a code of conduct in the spirit of partnership and meet regularly to review progress on multiple fronts, including legislative activity, making recommendations on investigations into abusive trading practices, and data gathering. Certain members will additionally engage in direct lobbying activities.

Commented Dan Bates, "I am thankful to Jeremy for creating a forum for real action to be taken and proud to officially join this movement to compel Congress to protect retail investors and small-cap CEOs like me. I look forward to leveraging the collective resources of CEOBLOC and its advisory board to forge a common path toward effectuating lasting change."

so split will happen unless magically raises over 60-70%

ugh this guy promised no splits on twitter

CRTD-jeremy ceo

I think the meme stocks all wind up splitting, diluting, and printing up some new shares in the process to raise money.

If the business model isn't generating profit on its own as a functioning business that makes money, what other avenue is there? How long can you milk a collection of old photos?

Looks like another ugly red day ahead. Though I do have two little green stars shining, worth mentioning to the group.

WBX (ev charging stock) and MP (the only operational US mine digging rare earth minerals)

that is very true and understanding .. i just didnt like he made fun of other ceo's for doing it saying "they dont think about retailers when they split"

and now hes looking to do it ... afterall i get it its their co i just prefer the good old keep your mouth shut and do it and not to have backfires.

I heard him on a space call that he is thinking of doing a reverse split in June, not now.

Question I have is what would that even matter if GTII buys them out? We have until April 1st anyways unless they need to extend it again.

Its not about the business model or fundamentals so much, its about giving a share of value that forces shorts to cover. At least try. In the case of CRTD with this specific dividend issued on the blockchain its about trying to get a sharecount probably even more so than short covering as the exchanges are supposed to report to Upstream their real shares, something like that.

Maybe he is just playing chess, he knows they listen to every words he says and the whole thing that throws me off and I know Im repeating myself but wtf would you consider this if GTII is going to buy him out? Or they are not? Or all these are just tactics to throw the enemy off?

It kinda worked for COSM, they mislead everybody by publicly claiming they wont RS, then they came out of the blue and did it with only not even a full days notice and that worked real good.

Took a position in TRKA, Ortex SI is around 70% so looking or another meme $tock little boom I hope.

There is some world of reality where fundamentals have to matter. Eventually. How would GTII buy CRTD if they don't have any significant revenues or cash on hand either? A stock trade of mutually worthless stock?

How does one company with no cash or revenues gain value buying another company with no cash or revenues?

The only gamble is betting the shorts have to cover, but we heard that for a year on AMC, too. And the Market invented a game where no one really has to cover, ever. And a mobile billboard didn't change a thing.

Unless the SEC changes the game big time, I don't see where anyone is forcing shorts to cover. T+1, T+2, T+90.... all bullsh1t that didn't change the game.

Just sayin'

CRTD is making money, they are having improved fundamentals and improved revenue, $10 million 40% increase I posted this already on here when the news came out. Its not a great company, but this doesnt sound like a play for you. They could be better but have been crippled from making investments through stock market crimes.

And I dunno why you keep complaining about AMC over and over again, it makes no logical sense to me...People were in it in single digits only only waited not 1 year, but just 6 months for it to squeeze to $70, it was one of the biggest plays of the year. If people didnt sell they have nobody to blame but themselves, including me. I wish I could have that play all over again but whatever that was the past, now its time to make money moving forward.

Anyways whatever, this play clearly isnt for everybody, it may or may not work out who knows but being diverse in these are working very well for me the past several months.

Winning the game on your own hands is the name of the game these days. SEC is a big pile of wallstreet insider shyt.

Really who cares, go with the company that generates the most hype and exit before the hype dies out. Not financial advice.

Was on them this morning pre-market because people werent even able to establish buy orders. All this on the date of the record date for dividend.

Frank best compares this type of potential short squeeze as AABB which ran sub-penny to over 50 cents, they issued a similar type of dividend, but that company was complete garbage for the most part compared to CLNV.

AABB did 1 for 100, CLNV is doing 5 for 100, not that Im sure that makes a different I dunno, might now squeeze rather tank after this passes by I really dont know.

Squeeze happened between record date and issuance of dividend so it didnt run up via FOMO to hit that record date if the facts I heard are correct.

All of these graphs look the same, with one serious great spike and then a slow steady decline with the occasional faux-spike, while it heads lower and lower.

Seems like squeezes do occasionally happen, but if you miss the first big spike it's best to avoid chasing.

Your supposed to sell off take profits during that great spike, of course. Find your brackets, take profits along the way, dont feel like shyt if you miss out on more or have some left holding a small bag. Then try to hit the next one.

They happen all the time and for various reasons. Much harder to be in on them before it happens or have the endurance to wait to find out for something that may or may not come kinda like Im going through CRTD right now.
