im still in both of these .. PLTR i still have $500 set aside to dump in .. waiting to see if $6 comes again .. my avg is way too high on it

CEI - still in it too, they just had great news yesterday on a patent .. stock flew pre but ended up red .. only good thing about that is that its on AMEX and not nasdaq so theres no price requirement.

Today is the last day before Phase 6 kicks in tomorrow. I wonder how the new margin requirements will take effect, I get mixed opinions around on how much this would effect either AMC or the whole stock market as a whole thats been synthetically shorted. I would assume we need some months before we can really judge.

He claimed he sold off either APE or AMC.....maybe both, not saying which and that he is just going in and out of plays. Magically he says there is this and that, then he announces which play he made a ton on after the fact it pumped such as BBBY which he claimed he used his APE/AMC funds to play in on.

I still watch all his video's for entertainment but in my opinion, he does say alot of stuff about the market ahead of everybody in his own way but at the same time he says alot of what people want to hear and bullshyts/storytells his way through it all to make him appear better than he seems. He also bullshyts all the way through endless flipflops as of late. He said he was going to post his sell of either AMC and APE but I never saw that either.

He is claiming he is watching the right time to jump back into AMC/APE, he just says its ping ponging and he will know when the time is right to jump back in.

Another thing is he is telling people to get in and out of APE and/or AMC to jump into other plays that are going to double and triple (its that easy right!!???!!) and jump back in without ever bringing up tax implications.

I mean if your that convinced of APE/AMC having a run and your months away from long term gainz tax and you sell, you owe 40% plus your planning on jumping back in to sell to pay off another 40% when if your in long term its only 20% and you pay that once. You can strategize on making money with swing trading and paying these taxes but he isnt even bringing any of this up and Im sure alot of newbie's are following him.
 
There was a big pop in AMC Cost to Borrow about 2 hours ago that I missed. Will be interesting what closing bell will be. Unlike the past where the "max" didnt effect the average much at all, this did push up the average up over 40% for the first time.

To many FTDs on 5 consecutive days. There is some rule one you get on the theshold list you have to cover them within a certain time frame. I forgot all the specifics but AMC has been through this before and not much happened they seemed to take it off on the very last day before forced covering.

APE's FTDs could be in the 10s of millions. The rule is:

"The failed settlements must also involve a transaction size totaling 10,000 shares or more, or at least 0.5% of the security's Invalid Link Removed. "

I doubt this is over single transactions of 10k shares or more. So 2.5 million times 5 days its way up there.

Not sure if accurate but I did hear back before June run up AMC CTB Average was about 80%. Doesnt mean AMC will pop if it hits that again just something to note.
