I enjoy a half scoop on rest days.. I get pretty good appetite suppression from stimul8
absolutely guys - if you are using Stimul8 for bodycomp purposes in addition to simply increasing drive/focus for your workouts, everyday dosing is the way to go
that is what we had in mind when we developed this one! it's a combo preworkout & fatburner all-in-one!
 
Got another victim on the stimul8 train. Left her a serving a few days ago. Tried it out yesterday and ordered two tubs after her work out. She said u sure I'm gonna like it?? I told her if she didn't she was only lying to herself. Her answer was clear lol.

I hit up some legs today and instead of going for heavy weight I decided to really feel the burn!

Leg ext-ss-body weight squats
4x90x15-ss-4x10 reps
Rests were 15 sec. Quads were on fire!

BB Hack squat
4x185x10
Drop
135x8
Every set had the drop set. I could barely get that 8th rep on the drop

Body weight lunges-ss-standing single leg toe elevated calf raises
4x20 reps each leg-ss-4x15 reps each leg
I kept rests short here as well cause I wasn't using weight. Rests were 10 sec

Bench squats-ss-standing dual leg toe elevated calf raises
4x95x15-ss-4x30 reps
Right after I did 1 set of body weight squats for 10 reps
My quads were burning!

I'm actually taking a break from Stimul8 for a couple days. I'm taking a lower stim pre just to see how Stimul8 affects me when I come back.

i tried 1.5 scoops yesterday and it was a disaster....adrenaline caused my aggression to soar and patience went in the crapper...not a good thing when trying to running a business.

going to stick with 1 scoop.

Oh that's not good! 1 scoop is a good starting point especially since you like stims:)

I would say if someone was going to go over 1 scoop a day that the dose should be split up for sure, like 1 in the AM and 1 in the PM. I don't think I will ever be there.

I have done an early morning scoop and late afternoon 1/2 scoop before. Talk about getting work done.

this is my sweet spot!!! even if i take no stims in morning i seem to get a natural crash or letdown in afternoon--i think it is the food and sitting down at lunch that causes this for me.
 
Today was arms. Pump was awesome. I tried to go as heavy as I could with very short rests and keep my form with out jerking the weight around.

I'm good with mornings thankfully. Plus I don't have much going on in the evenings currently so I'm laid out by 9 almost every night.

I try to keep 9 as my cut off as well. At least on 0330 wake up days.
 
Agree, I like getting up before the rest of the fam, watching the news sipping on my pre workout and talking with you guys:)

I wish we had local news on when I wake up. I don't think it starts here until 5.
 
Wow, getting a little crazy in here! Today was back and I threw some legs in at the end. Ok I took two days off of Stimul8 and went with another lower stim product. Wow what a difference, I have been energized all day long so far. It's almost 2 and I still have great energy, stuffs legit!

Inverted row-ss-bent over dual DB row(not straight up and down but in a rowing fashion, you start with the DB's out in front of you, row them back and drive your elbows into the ceiling)

Incline bench plate row-ss-1 arm BB rows(haven't done these in awhile so I decided to throw these in this week.

I used small plates(two 25lb plates) so I could bring the bar higher to my chest. Awesome exercise! Doing more of these.

I tried some cream of rice today cause breezy loves this stuff so I figured I'd give it a shot, recipe is
1/4 cup cream of rice which makes 1 cup after it's microwaved.(I just used water)
1 3/4 level scoops of chocolate PB swirl protein
Sliced up a 1/2 banana on top when done
This stuff is damn good!
 
Solid workout brother. Great superset selections, drops.. volume volume volume. Interesting how much better Stimul8 proves to be isn't it.

Thank you, yes it's crazy. I had to get up early, wasn't awake yet then I started to feel it within 10 min. The first 6 sets of pull-ups it just took my time to wake up, didn't really count rests or anything but then after those my body was ready to go and everything went quick. I was finished with that workout within 1 hr. Which I thought was pretty good.
