Stimul8ting These Gains With Finaflex

Helluva workout Pete. I just found MI40 and gave it a good look over. Kinda confused on the NOS sets but I just gotta read a little more. The skullcrusher to press seems like a good one. I used to do a variation of that. Usually start with a skullcrusher and then once elbows are straight bring it to the chest for a close grip bench press.
The NOS is basically 3 drop sets every set! It's intense for sure.

Basically your first set you want to fail around 8 reps then do 3 drop sets and every set he wants you to fail around the 5 rep mark. Basically you'll do 4 sets of that per exercise. Sometimes more it just depends on the week

It's cool, I was just wondering. I just thought I was getting white with black lettering cause of the pic on the website. They should probably note that on the website or change the pic from black and white to color. It is a damn cool hoodie! I like that it's t-shirt material and super light.
 
Ok I took some Stimul8 this morning and damn was the stim effect there! I personally think it all depends on what you ate maybe food wise the day prior and maybe what kind of sleep you got the night before. I think a lot plays into the factor on how stims affect your body. Anyway it was great and had a killer workout.

The last set of speculation I did hammer style then after the last set of stretch push-ups I did 1 set of reverse grip BB curls(just bar) for 25 reps. I wanted to keep working out so bad but had to go get ready for work, so overrated:) I still feel wide awake right now and have plenty of energy. It seems that Stimul8 is almost time released in a way. Where it just keeps you energized for a lengthy period of time and just tapers of very slowly.
 
Stealing that "twist" tip for the hammer grip presses! Incredible volume brother! Ah, to be young again! I found if you take Stimul8 fasted that it makes you want to eat iron! Nice job once again.

You hit the mark there perfectly. The consensus on Stimul8 is the the longevity that is experienced energy-wise and its almost transport 'return to normal'.. the simple fact that there is no crash makes this product tower over so many others.

Yes, I'm taking this on an empty stomach right when I wake up. Another thing I've noticed is that when my diet is spot on like it is normally is with no alcohol, I feel the Stimul8 more, stim, focus, endurance, etc. this weekend my diet was not the greatest I noticed that's when I didn't feel the stim effect and the other effects seem to have diminished. I think the diet has a major role in how these products work.

I haven't tried mixing it with alcohol though...

So you're training fasted pete? I've yet to take Stimul8 upon rising. I usually dose 10 mine b4 entering the gym which is about 35-40 mins after my pre meal (shake).

Yes that combo is the sh!t. Stimul8 is definitely helping with that volume:) I almost always train fasted cause I have to workout right in the morning before my boys wake up and before work. Actually the boys come down with me a lot to workout, that's a good time right there. I've been super busy this week so far, I haven't forgot about you. I'll have that MI40 over to you tomorrow! Training guides and videos!
 
That's awesome your boys are doing that! My daughter comes in with me when I train at home. I think it's a great thing to teach kids. It starts with parents teaching their kids a healthy way to eat and that exercise is important. Too much obesity in America today.

There pretty young, they'll be two this June. They watch me almost every morning, then after I always come up and make my post workout shake in the blender and they always wants sips out of it then I make eggs and they always want bites of my eggs so I guess they are already on my routine:) It's funny cause they always load the weights on the DB's and the preacher/leg curl/leg ext machine. It's fun watching them keep busy down there.

Reverse grip inverted rows-ss-reverse grip bent over BB row

1 arm DB row-ss-meadows rows
4x80x10-ss-4x90x10
This combo was a killer!

Overhand bent over BB row-ss-incline ez bar curls(really hit the rear delts and traps)
4x135x10-ss-4x75x10

Wide grip inverted rows-ss-lying leg curl
4x10 reps-ss-4x90x8

Susp sys leg curls-ss-susp sys reverse crunches

Honestly, I prefer lifting first thing in the morning. An extra hour and a half sleep wouldn't hurt. But.... Full scoop cures all sleepiness!!

I like using that same ss when I'm doing back. It works quite well together I think.

I have to try this too. Must not have made it that far into the MD program.

I normally don't get up till 6:30-7:00:) so 5 is a little early for me. For that super set, I'm not sure if meadows has done it in one of his workouts but I just thought of it this morning. Definitely try it!
 
Full scoop of Stimul8 would have me flying around like Flash at 5a.m.

I've never done the db/meadows for a superset but I did do the one arm bb/meadows before.... IMO two rowing moves coupled together isn't a great option since these should be some of your heaviest lifts and you really want to make them count.

Pairing with some type of auxiliary lift is my normal practice when super setting....but hey....do what ya do if it works for joo:)
 
I know there supposed to be heavier lifts but this last month I've just been trying to switch it up. I was getting board with the same stuff every week.

I knew I'd seen a John meadows version of this. The more I implement TUT over moving weight the better results I'm getting. I listened to a great blue collar episode with Dr. Serrano on this among many other subjects. He's so far ahead of the medial field it's ridiculous. Wish I could find a doc like him around here.

Agreed. Even with my light workouts this week, I am focusing way more on the TUT - and felt it great. Also with this superset I think that is the better strategy as you'd just burn out far to quickly going too heavy.
 
Me too. Everything is just better for me then. Strength , motivation , focus....

Fresh off of rest will certainly do that.

My alarm clock actually says "Time to wake up and make some gains"

Personal phone call like you would get at a hotel. Most of us here in America have that set up.
