The NOS is basically 3 drop sets every set! It's intense for sure.Helluva workout Pete. I just found MI40 and gave it a good look over. Kinda confused on the NOS sets but I just gotta read a little more. The skullcrusher to press seems like a good one. I used to do a variation of that. Usually start with a skullcrusher and then once elbows are straight bring it to the chest for a close grip bench press.
