My amino acid supplement is full of stims. Would it be smart to take a on cycle support to minimize the blood pressure spikes and the heart palpitations
What?
Wouldnt it just be better to put the money for the cycle support supplement on another amino product without stims if thats your concern?
problem solved
I thought of that actually. But I love the results that im getting from it so im looking for a way to minimize the side effects.

To be honest if you need a cycle support for your BCAA supplement I think your in trouble.look into cycle assist by cel....contains both hawthorn berries and celery seed extract, plus other healthy goodies!!!

That's true. Ambrosia nectar is a good example of a cycle support that isn't marketed as a cycle support.most cycle support supps contain a variety of healthy ingredients...I know guys who use them as staples.

Makes sense. I think in the case of the OP though being worried about elevated blood pressure is one thing but actual heart palpatations are something more serious that a cycle support probably isn't the solution for.with environmental contaminants, food additives and so forth never hurts to have a little extra protection...I am a recovering alcoholic and run cycle assist+tudca every now and then to help prevent against fatty liver.

Realise my last comment may be misinterpreted. A lot of people who don't run cycles use ambrosia nectar because it's marketed as a general health supplement but actually contains a lot of the same ingredients as a cycle support so I see what you mean.

This. Cycle support supplements are great, but if the OP is getting blood pressure spikes and heart palpitations from a BCAA supplement with caffeine, there is probably an underlying issue. Keep in mind, BCAA supplements that have added caffeine do not contain that much caffeine. 200 mg max, maybe. Unless the OP is stacking this with a bunch of coffee, PWO, and other stimulants throughout the day.
Maybe. If anyone out there can pm me the source of the bcaa supplement with dmaa that would be great. I wanna stock up.They have bcaas with dmaa tho so he could be using one of these stupid ones ha

off the top of my head the one I remember was "off the chain"... by now tho there's prob very little dmaa on the market in any form tho
I have a bottle, I will check and report back.
report back with what? its not a question of it they did or not haha. Hi-tech was putting dmaa in everything they made for awhile there
I would say to solve your problem you should find the right amino acid dosage that's just right for you so you won't need to take anything to calm the side effects from the stims in your amino acid product.. I'm not sure how much stims are in the product you're using but maybe do half scoop instead of full scoop.. If you want to try and add in an on cycle to see if it helps or not I would recommend cel cycle assist.
What Amino supp are you taking?
