Stim free Cutting supplements for someone with Hoshimoto's thyroid disease.

Hey all, my friend has hoshimoto's and im sort've the supplement guru of my group of friends, and although some things came to mind, the common things such as forskolin ect, im cautious in implementing with him. So, any tips for supplementation geared towards cutting for someone wit Hoshimoto's.

It will have a lot to do with your diet for cutting but you could even throw in a product like anafuse or a laxo product that may aid in cutting and preserving muscle mass.

a kcal deficit is all he needs. Non-stim stuff shown to help in studies could be Cacao, Grape Seed Extract, and Omega-3's (I think all of those were shown using older obese women, but hey, it is what it is).

Some good no stims include forkolin. TTA, lean edge xt, and reduce xt. However I wouldn't take any of these without consulting a doctor with your friends condition.

Warbird is spot on. Anytime a legit disease is involved there's very few of us that have enough knowledge to really give good advice. We can give some suggestions but I wouldn't take anything without consulting a real doctor on it.

As said, non stim options could include tta-500, forskolin, cla, garcinia, gcbe, lean edge (comprehensive), etc. some other things that aren't directly fat burners but might be of use would be cortisol control like reduce xt or even a gda like glycophase.

With any disease tho diet will be imperative and a doctors blessing would be a must for anything supplemental
