I haven't been doing anything crazy in the gym, but still been at it. On the 8th did Machine Leg Press & a light bench press, 8x8, then 35 mins cardio. 9th day off. 10th 45 mins Elliptical (One handed of course!). 11th did Squats (Front & Reg.), then 25 mins elliptical. 12 day off. 13th did Chest (Mod. weight on machine, some abs) then 9 mins HIIT (hard w/ one hand!)
Seeing as how I've got only one dose left , I figure I would give a last-few-days update, and then an overall review. I'm running off to class right now, will update this tomorrow. My grape JP8 is waiting for me in Buffalo, it didn't get picked up otw to Toronto, so might be even more delayed
However in brief, libido kicked in after ~4 days, then got in a very happy mood for about a week. Then that died off, but still strong libido during Christmas break. These past 4 days though I've been in a stellar mood, very happy and usually couldn't stop smiling, chatting up girls I barely know. Same dosing pattern, everything; just added some extra cod liver oil. I think my body loves DHA lol.
