Steroid or Prohormone that helps cut visceral fat

A lot of guys I've talked to that are more bodybuilding lifestyle ppl start there day with yohimbine or a l-carnitine injection then do there 30min cardio. Eat a couple meals then lift then whatever else they eat that day. I dont know what the difference is really so I'm not going to try to put up a argument with anyone. All I can say is i feel like i had my best cut starting my day with 20-30 min fasted cardio. That was last year when i went from 223 to 195 in about 8 to 10 weeks. Strength went down dramatically but my arm, quad and shoulder measurements stayed roughly the same. My midsection seemed to be the main area fat was lost
Wow that's fast!
I was waiting for the l-carnitine injection thing to take off but I couldn't tell if it was just proving to work out in the real world. Maybe it is? Does your impression of the talk and experiences seem to indicate that it's really working? Also if you can recommend sources and that's okay here that would be great.

I dont use injectable carn myself, I will eventually. Everyone I've spoke to that uses it swears by it

Yohimbine hcl is I believe the one I used. But if you cant tolerate that changing brands wont make a difference. Men seem to tolerate worse then women so start really low and bui lo d up the dose

@theswede uses it. @Hyde might too. And I think @Leakydelts does also.

Also topical Yohimbine is better tolerated too. I'm using td Yohimbine + Aplha Yohimbine right now with no issues. But it's a stack of compounds and the dose of ingridients is not listed, so I have no idea of the dosing.

I have not used IM l-carnitine, unfortunately.
Oh, ok. I got mistaken as I think I remember you and TheSwede discussing how it should be used and about the saturation and the need for loading (or lack of rather).

Does anyone know if the different types of yohimbine have different effects.

Like carnitine, each kind does specific things and aside from bioavailability it's why taking a equivalent dose of oral carn dosen't work the same as when injecting straight l carn.

You mean with different administration methods? Topical Y is said to have localized fat burning properties (don't know if valid and how effective) and to not have the sides of oral (and I presume injected) administration. But I've seen those info mainly from a td Y product suppliers sites, so..

No, what I'm saying is straight l carnitine has effects in muscle and on androgen receptors. But l carn hcl or whatever the tout for better absorption does not have the same effects on androgen receptors and has activity more in the brain. I'm just spouting because I'm in the middle of moving and cant go into details. So what I'm saying is the same for yohimbine possibly? 1 type may not have the same effects as another. Delivery method just changes bioavailability. But hcl and the other kinds my exert different effects. Does anyone know bout that

Oh, ok. Yeah I didn't know what you meant, since you mentioned oral and injected. But as for Y and Alpha Y they are usually said to have the same effects like blocking alpha2 receptors which leads to increased fat burning and less insuline being released, but alpha is said to be more potent, although it also doesn't induce as much anxiety on people 🤷‍♂️ On the difference between Y and Y hcl I have no idea. To add to the td Y, as it's supposed to have localized effetcs, I think it won't typically have as big impact on libido and energy as oral and injected.

@sns8778 probably knows about this more.

Its become a staple supplement for me, I take 1000mg 2x day with my biggest meals
i got my berberine...been taking it about a week. slightly trying to watch what i eat and even had celebration cake and a donut yesterday. the scale says im down to 243 from 250 in less than a week. the berberine 2x a day is the only thing different this week...

I wouldn't completely contribute the weight loss to that, it's a big jump on the scale. But it makes you use thing more efficiently so I'm sure there's something going on with that. I haven't lost any weight since taking it but I do feel it's made my body composition slowly better. Seems like I'm burning a little more fat while not losing any weight. Definitely keep track of everything. See if the trend continues

will do. im trying to eliminate carbs as much as possible but not as low to be truly keto

I would not take berberine at meals with very little to no carbs. It's very good at lowering blood sugar and you can drop your blood sugar too low which is counter productive. Now if your bg is out of wack to begin with then it might not be a problem but if it's already low normal then it could be a issue.

I like a moderate to high carb diet with low fat. I have 2 meals where I take in 60-100gm of carbs and that's when I take the 1gm berberine, if the carbs are a little lower like 40ish il only use 500mg and if there's less then 30 gm carbs I don't bother with it.

That's by no means "the right way" or the way you have to use it, that's just how I like to do it. Ideally I wanna get to 5 meals with almost identical macros/carbs and take berberine 500mg at every meal.

Yes, it’s the ****! I really enjoyed running injectable carnitine, tossed it in a shrine with a little Pyro from AA and that did the trick!
