I've become addicted to dried fruit lol this is my shizz. Dried kiwi, mango and pineapple mix
 
If you mail me some of that dried kiwi & mango I'll mail you some Indian Liv52. They're purple pills instead of clear capped herb. Craziness.

Forgot to update my back workout yesterday, and I hit bis and tris tonight.

Here's my arm workout (can't remember what all I did for back, let alone the weights)

Ez bar tri ext
Bb curl
Skull crushers
Hammer curl
Dips

Observations
- have NOT one sign of lethargy
- ridiculous pump in my arms after the first two exercises
- people keep saying "you've really filled out" or "wow your getting thick"
- libido/desire is at an all time low
- appetite is overwhelmingly high

I've got roughly 13 days left on stenzine, and my goal for pct is to keep AT LEAST eight lbs or half of what I put on for this cycle (I'm going to gain around 16+ lbs whether you all believe it or not lol)

Tomorrow I'm going to hit shoulders, maybe a little trap work.
 
I'm 25 days into pct and still holding on to 10 lbs from the cycle. Still about 5 lbs more fat than before. If I can loose the 5 lbs of flab and keep 5 lbs of solid muscle i will be very happy. My strength is still 95% from my last week of cycle.

Hit legs this morning. Nothing heavy, more on the hypertrophy side of things. Plus my right knee was bothering me some and I had a nasty lower lumbar pump goin.

Donkey calf raise- 4 working sets + drop set+ drop set+ drop set
Hack squat (lb. per side)- 45x12x2 55x12x2 65x12
Lying leg curl- 30x12x5
Leg press (lb. per side)- 100x20x3
Bb stiff hams(lb. per side) - barx12 10x12x2 20x10x2

Observations:
-back pump caught me on my hack squats and again on barbell hams
-still no lethargy
-alpha feeling still hanging around (can't complain)
-if my balls shrink any more I'm going to be all scrotum skin lol it's crazy
-desire for laying pipe is still not here, but if the wife works me up- I put her to sleep if yanno what I'm sayin ;)
-strength increases are stupid

Oh and if you all don't think Christian rappers can't body a track listen to these-

Yessir I kicked this chest workout dead in its scrotum.

Pre-hab/rehab work

Pre-exhaust movement
Pec deck fly- 70x12 80x12 100x12 110x12

Main exercise (that pre-exhaust killed me lol)
Low db incline- 50x10 60x8 75x8 90x6

Secondary exercises
Machine bench- 100x12 135x10 175x12 175x12
Flat db fly- 15x12 20x10 20x10

-instant ballon, chest was FULL of blood
-mild shoulder discomfort even after all the band, scapula dip, y's and lat stretches
-appetite has leveled off, as has the weight gain :(

Tomorrow is an off day, got the young adults deal with the church and I need to break anyhow :D

I've got seven days left :( all good things come to an end lol but, they way I look at it is; sooner I finish this cycle/pct and off time the sooner I can get back on lol

Numbers aren't impressive but man I had an awesome pump ;) maybe next back session ill actually move some weight...

Btw, I know you mentioned in your other thread you're gonna run Stano instead of LMG, which makse the 4AD unnecessary, but if you did run 4AD as a base DEFINITELY take 4 tabs/day, thru the day. I've used it a fair bit now & played with dosing, and best base results are given with dosing 3-4x/day (3 is the best for me, 2 sucks cuz there's def time for lethargy mid day otherwise). Also, 2 tabs/day is so weak you won't notice it. 6 seemed to be overkill/diminishing return. 4 was juuuuust right.

M1A (Ironflex)
1AD (IML)
Stano (Ironflex)

Then a heavy pct of course lol I'm on dermacrine now and honestly I haven't had any lethargy. Well, maybe a mild case when I'm on the road Wednesday and Fridays for work, but that could be because I'm driving lol

I don't know I have a while to lay out a sick cycle anyways

My thoughts are A. These are all dry compounds & B. These are all prohormones.

I know you know the best gains will be yielded by stacking wet & dry, but also consider that their are a limited # of conversion enzymes available (something I failed to consider & thus wasted money on last cycle). Your body has to convert m1a to m1t, 1dhea to 1-test, & stanodrol to dht. & since 1-test is just ridiculously underpowered m1t, it also begs the question of why you're using it with m1a in the first place.

4AD would be the superior base if you're going with a dry compound as your primary anabolic. Trestolone, injected (they have raw powders by PHF now!), transdermally (like with Iron Legion's new Salvo), or the oral capped Trestobol would be a great wet base compound as well.

Tiny Tony is injecting Trest Ace solo right now & is up 8lbs in 8 days, says pumps & strength are nuts, & doesn't believe there's any bloat/estro issues since he's running exem & clomid (Trestolone aromatizes fairly fiercely). He's loving it, & it's totally legal. Nuts are already going but libido is strong - apparently one of trest's strong points. It's like a wet Tren with test's base-type nature. Shuts you down fast & hard but you don't feel shut down with the libido & energy.

Today's my day off too. Not cheat meal today though lol.
