I love me some ice cream but chips have been my cheat meal.. Either and bag of Cool Ranch Doritos or Cape Cope potato chips.. It's going down tonight I'm over due..

My cheat meal is cereal at times. I love cereal or cake.

I hate you guys. Mass FX is tantamount to being pregnant, or so it would seem. I don't just get hungrier, more often, I crave junkfood so bad. I am losing the battle of willpower gentlemen.

Makes me scared for boldione this fall :dunno: Hope I can keep the gains fairly lean...

Everything is feeling lighter than two feathers on a sheet of paper. Mind muscle connection is bananas and my shoulders/forearms were a dope fiens dream, just veiny! For Some reason I wasn't feeling lifting heavy, I wanted to do hypertrophy work.

Thinking about smashin on another pint of ice cream.. It's nutz. Lol I'm feeling good, haven't really put on to much fat (that I can see, yes my weight belt fits a bit more snug but, I still fit the same holes)

Neither are that exciting, but Flashover honestly is a very effectively-dosed pre that truly boosts performance, is dirt cheap, & is one of the last DMAA containing pre's still on the market. Tastes/mixes fine too.

$12 for thunder in a tub / $Too Much for Jay Cutler's mix of creatine, caffeine, & arginine. I know what I'm buying.

Ordered some slin shot, glycomyx and oneiromancer, my cycle comes to an end Thursday. Figure the REM/near lucid sleep will help with recovery when I come off, slin shot should help the inevitable fat I will gain because of the surplus I'm in without the anabolic when I come off :(

Pre exhaustion move
Pec deck fly- 70x12 80x12 90x12 100x12

Main movements
Low db incline- 50x12 70x10 80x8 90x8 (PR)
Flat bench- 135x10 185x10x3

Accessory work
Flat db fly- 15x12x4
Reverse pec deck fly- 70x12 80x15 90x12 100x18 (reps were all over the place lol)
Db rear fly- 20x12x4

Observations:
-couldn't of been any more pumped
-strength is very slowly tapering off
-ran out of cycle support; but liv52 is keeping my pee clear
-legs are sore
-appetite is still sky high

tomorrow's my last day on :( makes me sad. I dont know how I'll proceed with pct; workout wise. Will probably move into hypertrophy work, 12-15 reps and keep my foam rolling and everything the same.
 
FWIW, pct is a great time to go heavier because you can't grow from hypertrophy & it's tougher to repair/recover, which also favors lower volume, more rest, & more explosive strength training. I'm not just advocating this because I'm a power-type; I've read that a lot in beginner guides to ph/ds use. Wanna keep the weight the same or higher & cut volume/reps/add rest to help compensate.
