stenzine and a tyga

Months back i decided to minimize dairy intake in my diet. Well from my log, you can see i recently added milk back into my diet. Within the last week (since ive introduced milk back in) my stomach has been bloated AND ive had a dull/sick pain in my stomach.

Cliff notes:
- got rid of milk.
- minimal dairy in my diet again
- almond/coconut milk will be my choice

Mmmmmm almond milk! I love that ish. You can keep dairy. The only dairy i always keep without any issues is Greek yogurt
 
Ive never followed a routine but am looking to start PHAT sooner than later.

Phat is always what I do. I run a variation of it, added volume, and it has worked wonders so far. Also it depends on what your body responds too. If its volume, look into something Arnold used to do. If its more power stuff check out 5x5?5/3/1 or if its both use something like PHAT as a template .

If it ain't broke don't fix it, as they say. But fawk it, if you get bored then its time to switch it up. As long as you're ripping apart your muscles it doesn't matter what you're doing.

The more you use knees, more you lose them - 100 reps is unnecessary stress/reps (for the post-injury athlete) if 24-30 total reps of squat/legpress/hack will allow good progression. Gotta train around your injuries, so save the volume for exercises that don't aggravate it.

That MMA broad I was seeing was coming back after her 2nd ACL repair in the same knee, and unbeknownst to her I know & lift with her phys therapist some - she had been doing tons of high volume deadlifts (30+ reps/set!) after this recent repair with like 135, & her knee would click every time she locked out. We both agreed she needed to cut that bs asap: she only needs power as a fighter, and doing 3x5/5x5 would be 1/4 of the lockouts & waaaay more carryover. She can burn calories thru something else that doesn't aggravate the knees.

Minimize the volume to essential for highest percentage of carryover.

Yesterday was a ridiculous casino buffet in the morning with a soldier buddy & pals before he went back from leave, then a badass date with a new gal at the fair in STL under the arch & a late dinner downtown w/ her...today was my birthday, red lobster with the mom for lunch & an awesome italian joint w/ dad & lil sister for dinner, then ice cream...no lifting either day & I'm up like 6lbs since friday. Plus tapering off letro so estro is coming up some. I can just feel the growth all over. Gettin' ma size on!

If only I had some Sten-Zine, I'd really be in business like this guy ;)

Cliff notes
-pump comes very quick
-full muscles all day
-weight is up just over 11 lbs
-no lethargy at all, dermacrine is doing its job (4 pumps ed not 3)
-weight belt still fits the same holes as they did before cycle
-libido has dropped off some..

Whats funny is, i havent done direct lat work in i dont know how long... since i started trying to correct my shoulders, i cut out a lot of overhead movements/lat movements! Just added it back in...

Tell you this, the pump i had is intoxicating lol as ghey as that sounds. My sleeves were nut huggin the sheet out of my arms :)

Ive been toying with bridging m1a in. 40mg for an additional four weeks.. or maybe 60mg for three, idk. I dont have any sides as of now with the stenzine, so maybe.. what do you all think?

You know I'm always looking out for my boy!!! Have u every run M1A before? I ask cause with a new to u compound u never know how it's going to treat u. If you have experience with it then I say go for it.. What about just continuing the Stenzine?? You know your body so either way I know you'll be fine.. M2C LOL

Id continue the stenzine if i had an additional bottle... but i dont :(

What does m2c mean?
 
The m1A will have to spool up some; unless you're dying to use it I'd def grab another bottle of sten-zine & keep the dose instead of going up until you can see the end of cycle coming like a wk out. 20mg of msten is zero sides in a stack besides a smidge of bp issues/pumps/cramps maybe. 30 is a whole nother animal. **** manifested at 28mg that was like dammit I feel like I'm dying. Grab a bottle of TUDCA off nutra (on sale now even!) while you're at it.

People love to blast dmz & msten like sdrol, but it's not sdrol...you simply can't explode the same way 30mg of sdrol will, and the sides are much more manageable if you run a milder dose so they can actually be used better like Epi or Mag. People love to use Msten for 30mg for 3-4wks, and never consider how ballin' it is just at 20mg, side-free, for 6wks stacked into other roids. DMZ at 30-45 same way. Just food for thought.
 
So i said forget the, "not doing any over head pressing" deal. I had that rediculous shoulder pump where your shirt crinkles by the armpit and up through the front delt. Loved it.

Band work, scapula dips, Y's and fore arm wall slides

Db rear fly- 15x15 20x12 25x12x5 drop set 15x9
Bb military (lbs per side) 10x12 15x10 15x8 20x6 *did these with one rep to the front, one to the back and that equaled one rep
Arnold press- 20x12 25x12 30x10
Lateral raise- 10x12x2
*ab work

My muscles feel full all day. Love me some stenzine. On a side note, im extending this cycle to seven weeks lol bumping my dose to three caps, which will be 30mg dmz and 30mg msten. Kevin hart voice "its about to go down"

Shout out to my man caz for helpin me out with extending this cycle! Hes an extremely helpful and generous dude, went out of his way to help me!
