stenzine and a tyga

Well slapped out some shoulder, calves and ab work.

Prone (75°) db military- 15x10x10
Superset with- donkey calf raises 220x10x10
Db rear flys- 15x10x2 20x10x3
Calf raises- bwx12x5
*ab work

Did my usuall scap and shoulder prehab - rehab work.
Scapula dips
Forearm wall sides and reach
Band pull aparts
Lat stretches

Im definitely fuller, muscle wise. Appetite is somewhat higher, although the last few days its been hard to pound down 2800 kcals. Today it was relatively easy..

Ill update my weight progress monday. Tomorrow i have my brothers wedding rehearsal, and saturday his wedding. So needless to say, i wont be hittin the gym until sunday :(

Sunday will be leg day

My legs are gonna take a poundage sunday thats fer sure lol this stenzine is definitely legitimate, balls are small, muscles are full and strength has gone up. All signs of roidage lol

*2800 kcals are down already. Bumpin my kcals up to 2900 tomorrow. And most likey monday they'll be at 3k :D get swole!
 
Love seeing people work scap in. It is really something that is under appreciated. Does wonders for all upper body work.

Ive been adding scapula work in to help correct my shoulders, but since i have, ive had better chest and shoulder pumps. Have better ROM, and thoratic mobility (been doing tspine exercises as well... so thats why lol)
 
Well another leg session in the books. The stenzine has kicked in fer sure. Had a nasty leg pump. Heres how the GVT looked today..

Hack squat- 45x10x5 55x10x5 (upped the weight halfway through cuz it wasnt feeling heavy at all, going to up the weight again next session as well cuz again.. wasnt heavy enough.)
Superset with seated leg curl- 120x10x10
Leg press- 90x15x4
Db leg curl- 20x12x4
*ab work

Moved my breakfast meal to my post workout meal..
255g cubed hashbrowns
2 jumbo eggs
3oz turkey sausage

Dem wheelz broz

Splittin this GVT up as well. Tomorrow im hittin chest

Main movement - (10x10) will be db flat
Accessory- two movements four sets of 12 reps

And tuesday with be back, with the same layout as as above
 
Nice tyga those wheels are blowing up!! Think I'm going to give gvt a try Monday.. I found a workout that splits it like u are going for.. Looks very interesting

I was rocking my Myodyne T earlier as well
 
Nice workout Tyga! Sick the Stenzine is on so fast, methylsten was the same for me...felt like I had a full month on it cuz it was so noticeable so fast, although in reality it was only 3 wks. But boy do you notice it quick, & DMZ has to be the same way.

Never got that Myodyne tee :(

Ive never used msten, but have used dmz. And this has kicked rather fast... so, the next three weeks are going to be tony the tiger great :)

It so great that we are both on!! I'm on day 5 and just crushed the gym today. We are going to be 2 houses repping Ironflex like a boss!!

And this is how it begins.....be careful; last time I said that as I was eating Hardee's postworkout & ended up gaining as much fat as muscle on a 1/4/5dhea cycle around winter. And it wasn't like I was eating Hardee's every day, or even every few days, but my point was I took that mindset too often throughout the cycle, and it showed lol

You'll be fine, & that looks awesome - I'm just warning that the last time I thought that way, I really started thinking that way ;)

Thanks hyde. Although i say this and im using pb with chocolate chips in it lol i keep my food pretty clean. I took that mindset before when i was on the og super dmz and was eating whole little cesaer pizzas to myself almost three times a week. And yes it showed lol i cheat once a week and its one meal/or one and dessert together.

I want this to be a cleanish bulk with little fat gain. I do see how one could fall into that "im bulking" trap and eat whatever.. "IIFYM" amirite? Lol
 
Lol its hard to control when your appetite is f*coming nuts on cycle, especial if normally u can pound food all day.

Thats a good point. But with two potent orals he probably has more leeway than you would on dhea derivatives. Its good to keep the mindset and stay clean though. I got the same way and was crushing all kinds of junk food on test. Then I realized it probably wasnt a good idea and instead started grilling about 4 different types of meat and eating that throughout the day with some small cheat meals here and there. Chick fi Lay milkshakes were also are a must bulking on cycle

This. I used to have to force down enough clean food for my maintenance, but now I demolish everything no problem, on or off cycle. I've just gotten used to eating more, to the point my maintenance is no longer satisfying even eating higher-portion/less calorie-dense clean foods.

Hellz to the YA im ON lol. After my second set of db bench i balloned straight up, shirt looked like a childs tee lol

DB bench- 60x10x7 55x10x3
Iso wide bench (lbs per side)- 90x12 80x12 70x12x2
Incline hex press- 30x12 20x12x3

Foam rolled before and blood flow was great :) did my regular scap/shoulder prehab-rehab work. And ill roll out again tonight.

I have a feeling that at the end of this, ill be up a good amount of weight. Hopefully with minimal fat gain...

Tomorrow im hittin some back. Stay tuned gentz

Tyga's busting out for shirts now!!! I tried GVT last night but I don't think I did it right.. LOL Going to have to give it another try.
