starting up on methyl 1d xl any suggestions

im about to start a cycle of methyl 1d xl i want to know whether i need to drink lots of water with it what other dietary supplements i need to take to maximize it's efficiency or reduce it's side effects or if theres any thing like that i need to do
 
Make sure you drink a good amount of water per day, more importantly, follow the protein requirements that come with the insert and you should see some amazing gains from it. We routinely get great feedback about M1D! I hope you like it.
 
take it back and get methyl 1-d from somewhere else...the main ingredient was taked out so gnc would carry it. their masterdrol is good though just not the 1-d.

i am runnin both right now...reguardless what everyone else says here, i am nowhere near dissappointed, i love the stuff!
 
raginfcktard is right, m1d Xl is not the same as m1d. m1d is the steroid that people are getting the most gains off of, and m1dXL is the GNC version. either way, legalgear's post makes some good suggestions regardless of the compound being used.
 
The recent GNC version has the exact same ingredients as 90 count. Thank god they let us make them the same, still the Old XL was pretty killer since we had a good ketosteroid content and our methyl block delivery. I am glad you are liking them!
 
legalgear, mmv2 and mmv2 XL are in fact the same compounds
(and same mg per cap), in other words, the XL converts to Stanolone just the same as the regular mmv2, correct?

yeah...i have gained a retarded amount of clean weight on a diet that consists of everyday cheat meals of burgers and fries.

i am getting ready to run the old xl for part of my pct from a long run of m1d and mmv2. keep up the good work guys!

i weighed in at the end of may (i'll get dates later..at work) at 162...just got over a cold and was eating too clean imo if that makes since. as of last night i am 177. i am in a rush, but i'll get more into it later...i should of taken pics but i may post some afters and i have a shtty before on my phone but its better than nothing.
 
Thanks man, you know we get many more positive results from people reporting M1D giving them good gains then negative ones. That makes me very happy indeed!
