starting to get gyno?

I have been on 500iu HCG and 100 mg dhea for about 2 and a half months now under a doctors orders. I recently switched to 25mg dhea sublingual and started to feel some sensitivity under my nipples. Almost two weeks later and they are still sensitive and there seems to be hardened tissue underneath that I can move around w/ my fingers. The left side is more noticable than the right. I have stopped the dhea for almost a week and still feel the gyno type symptoms. My doctor is out of town this month and I will not be able to see him for another couple weeks. Are there any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

I will try that until my Dr. appt. Is DIM another option?

Not sure if I am right, but I have mine guess about estrogens, all of them.
1. all are important and should be tested and adjusted, not only e2.
2. For high E2 use arimidex (gingerly) and only when really neccessary. Continous or frequent T supplementation is conductive to lower E's. Infrequent T injections raise E. One week or more between T shots are no no.
3. the rest of estrogens could be managed, 2/16 good/bad ratio is important
4. I am suspecting something is not right when using straight DIM (ie I do not use Indolplex)
5. I am using LEF DualAction containing little bit of DIM and many other estrogen influencing ingredients. I also use TMG and calcium glutharate (in my multi-vit)
6. my current vs previous blood tests support my current estrogen management plan
