I was going to start a couple of weeks ago, but got sick and wanted to make sure I was 100% before I start.
I have DT2010/Sunami stack and also LR/DCP stack. Obviously I am looking to lose fat but keep as much muscle and strength as possible while on the diet without resorting to PH's. So, my question is, would it be overkill to use both stacks at the same time? My original plan was to run LR/DCP then after that run DT2010/Sunami. But, I figure why not run it together if I can. Any advice?
