STARTING Pplex/mdrol Bridge and maybe somee.....

workoutr today went greeaT!!! 325 for 5 reps on squat,

althouhg what i did notice in the last 3 days my endurance is shot on certain lifts like squats, pullups and deads a little depending on the day.

im taking the rest of the week off to recover, and i start fresh monday, just needed to update you guys.
 
ok guys, feeling very rested, and definetly hungry to lift. been waking up with some back annoyances because i was sleeping wrong. and because i was away the bed was different, depending on how i feel i may do chest or Back.

so thats the update,

i ate a lot this weekend im holding a lot of water, but i feel like it will be gone soon, im kinda nervouse for the weigh in tomorrow ill keep yall posted.
 
wieght 208.6 this morning

did dealifts today and got 375 for 1, last time i had 365 for 1

felt good, libido is good, everything seems to be in working order

i may stop PCT after next week, i added 50mg of 7-keto in the AM to PCT
 
workout today wwas good on incline DB 100 for 8, thats one more rep then last time i did that exercise, still getting stronger!!!
 
PCT is looking good all around. I've been gone for over a week, but i'm back.


good to have you back, the last couple of days of my PCT im gunna use some aromasin... i dont know exactly how much i have , but i have enough. i like saving it though bc its hard to find sometimes and it gets pricey
 
things are going good stopping the Adex on tuesday, and continueing the clomid, then on friday ill be adding in Aromasin with clomid till sunday, then im done with PCT WOOOOOO

actually i think imma keep my adex in until i start aromasin, i hate not using an AI

so i skipped the Adex today but stayed with the clomid, Adex will be tomorrow and wednesday and aromasin will be friday sat and sunday. all with clomid..... so that will conclude my PCT !!!

i think i may be up a pound or 2, probably fat gain, im keeping my calories high to keep my gains, just seems as though no matter how i portion or how i eat,when i keep my cals high, i gain fat much much more easily then muscle (clean or not), i ****in hate my body. whatever though. its just annoying at this point,
 
^^^ im in the same boat as you. i can gain off 2500 cals and im 110kg.....it can be good and bad.


well im at 207.6 this morning, so down a total of 1 pound,.... may be due to the cortisol control?

ive been eating a lot, but ive been taking GDAs (fenugreek, chromium polynicotinate, and Insulean K (which i love)) with high carb meals, whether its high glycemic of low glycemic
 
If i could afford anabolic pump it would be a staple of mine. Thinking of getting some bulk ALKAR or K-R-ALA.......i cant remember which one helps with the carbs...more reading to be done.

k-r-ala it is, and corosolic acid, 4-hydroxyisoluecine (extracted from fenugreek seeds), phelledron, common sage, gymnemma sylthdoewhvi, lol cant rmember but look in the ingredients in INSULEANK they are basically all there

those all work.

nutrabolics was always one of those brands i never really trusted. They are quite cheap. if you rate that supp then i may get a bottle or two and see who it goes. thanks for the tip.

i personally like it, i only use it with high carb meals, (for example when i eat thai food,) but i take it with extra fenugreek seed and chromium polynicotinate.

the sad thing is is 2 capsul servings, and 4 caps a day lasting 25 days. so i limit my use to it bc im a cheap jew. and because im spedning like 540 dollars per session on a tattoo, and i have like 3 sessions set up haha
 
ok guys so ive been thinking, as benificial as Cissus is, it also has anti inflammatory traits, which can inhibit muscle growth if take post workout, which ive been doing for quite some time. i think im going to hold off on the cissus until further notice just to see what happens. i may just ass it in at night.with my fishoil though. maybe switching up the times i take it will work,

workout today was sucky, but i made it work. front squats only 185 for 3 (did it on the olympic bar, and something didnt feel right so i stoped. (last time i did it on the smyth machine and it felt much better. and i did more weight 225 for 5, but anyhow after that i did step ups with the olympic bar, and got up to 155 for 8 on each leg felt good,

100 for 7 on leg curl thats +1 from last time i did it at that gym.

i did some abs WOOOOOO i never do abs, but i did them today because i felt like it,

just trying to give you honest update and feedback on how im feeling.

curls i got 60 lb dumbells for 3 reps.

and i just took my clomid and Adex

and thuys almost completes my day

had 6 meals today if you include post workout shake, will be having #7 at 945 and number 8 at 12ish
 
alrighty, PCT is now complete, will try and get blood work for sunday.

and i finish PCT with clomid and aromasin ( i like aromasin better then ADEX)

all is well, sex drive is good. duno bout my gains yet, ill give the final verdict tomorrow morning.

so whats the total numbers for the cycle...weight gain, strength gain, measurements etc.


weight gain is 8 pounds with a little loss in bodyfat, strength gain got an extra few reps on 225 on bench, got from 275 -325 on squat. 335-375 on deadlift, 800 to 900 on leg press,

i would say those are the basis of my lifts that i can say i feel are most important.

208.2 today,

not going to the gym though, woke up and my back is mad ****ed up, slept wrong , contorted or something, i cant lean foward at all any bend at the waist feels like death, and trying to get my pants on was torture,

i have no idea what to do, i dont wanna take advil or anything, i think im gunna take percocets. i have those and vicodin. but i also have a lab practical soo i duno if i should.
 
ok so note to self, 4 vicodin (500mg/pill) still didnt help the pain in my back.

so i took my lab practical on 3 vicodin, then after i took another and drove home. hopefully tomorrow ill be ok to do chest shoulders and tris.
 
on a further note, i have been using super cissus, for a while now post workout for cortisol control. but what i have realized after i had stopped it i gained weight, but not bad weight. i think that my gains were slightly inhibited by the use of cissus post workout and thus i have cut it out of my daily plan.

i think this can be a reason for the lack of gains (or not as much as i should have gained) on my cycle.

this was just an observation i have made the past week and a half or so.

so to everyone using cissus, use it at night, not after a workout and i will garentee better gains.

just my observation and i think yall should give it a try.

post workout shake without cissus,

and the volume of the workout. (maybe a tad more keeping some DC princible)

and if i could go really far back i woulda done Test E with it. i also wouldnt of used 10mg of super, i woulda started at 20 mg
 
to everyone who may still be interested, since i stoped my cissus, im up an additional 5 pounds,

weighed in today at 213.2 pounds,

all i did was stop taking cissus post workout.

Try upping your activity levels...I'm eating lots of calories and staying nice and lean by doing ab work on a separate day (it actually involves lots of light compound type movements...google Death to Crunching), doing cardio a couple times a week, maybe one time on the elliptical for 45 min and one time on a walk for an hour or so.

Lets you keep calories good and high and not gain much fat. Provided you eat right and your training is already working.

yea my diet is 100 percent clean (i study this , im almost done with my nutrition degree, and im goin throught a sports nutrition cert as we speak)

i didnt do cardio on cycle mainly due to the phera and heart enlargment, but i also have no time to do it (this is changing in the next 2 weeks) im also on a modified keto right now. and so far soo good, 1 refeed meal (50g pro and 500-1000g carb last meal of the day with GDAs), and the mass monster shake is my only carbs on workout days (mon tue thurs fri)
