STARTING Pplex/mdrol Bridge and maybe somee.....

Halo ,Tren, WinZtrol, Sdrol, Epi, Test/Dbol (first cycle, done very wrong, but had PCT.)

If you've done all those cycles and still look the way you do, your doing something wrong. I would take an honest look at your eating/training/consistancy. It looks to me like you must only train while "on", then in between you dont stay consistent. Or you started doing steroids when you weighed 140 pounds.

everything is on point as far as training and eating consitancy.

the HALO and the Tren was as a stack,

super and Prostanazol as a stack then it went right into a Halo EPI stack.

i also tend to hold a lot of water, and some days are better then others.
 
Diet ALWAYS the same for the most part,

all clean sources of carbs, lean proteins and healthy fats,

I do over indulge on the carbs sometimes, other then that, nothing really wrong with the diet.

n my chest NEVERRRRRRRRRRR GROWS!!!! dont matter what i do how much or how little.
 
Day 5 at 38.4 mg

Felt good today was legs again,

Squats got up to 275 for 5 reps, coulda went up in weight, but back wasnt feelin it, so i let it be

it seems to be that even on the light weight 135 if i go higher then 10 reps it hurts my left sacral point. or if i squat too low.

but got a chiropractor appt today soo that should help.

all in all felt good , strong, i dont think im up any weight, i could be wrong, ill do the official weigh in on monday.

since im kinda of carb cycling, or just keeping my carbs lower on wed and ssaturday, im curious to se how much i gain. and how "wet" the gains actually are.

Libido was up a little yesterday, but nothing to crazy. its always high.

nothing to report!, overall feel good

Im debating on bumping it up week 2 and 3 where i will see the most gains. but still unsure.
 
i decided to bump up the dose

i dont want to stay too low on the dose before i hit the sweet spot, i can always lower the dose if need be. but id rather start high and lower accordingly rather then never hit that spot.

ill report back tonight.
 
i dont consider a low dose but i did see a CEL rep reccommend up to 50mg for some1 my size

today is DAY 8 start of week 2

weight today 201.2 then i peed, and was 200, i didnt think i hadd that much fluid in me,

so i was 200..... thats 1.4 pounds, really no change in diet either, yesterday was a low carb day then a cheat meal (consisted of carbs)

i tend to not ever "feel" anything from any supplements, even caffine based ones, gift or a curse i dont know, so im not sure if ill ever let you guys know that i "feel" this kick in, i will however let u know when i feel stronger, on any given day.

the dosing will be 2 pills pre work out, and 1 pill later on in the day.
 
PP is something that i certinaly felt. Libido was insanely high to the point of being frustrating, weight was piling on and strength was going up with each workout. Unfortunately the lump under my nip also proved it was working so i had to stop. Basically if you cant grow on 40mg of PP then either your trainging or your diet is off, possibly both.

He did recommend possibly going to 50mg for someone your WEIGHT. IMHO (no offense) but you dont look 200lbs considering your height. IMO dose is more SIZE dependent than WEIGHT dependent. I am around your weight, 3 inches taller, yet, visibly a lot larger. I would stick to 40mg, as AustalianMade said that is plenty to grow on.

my size i have is mostly my legs,

i was blessed with shitty genetics.

chest dont grow, and is a weird shape. (and ive tryed EVERYTHING to get it to close in the lower bottom, and get the lower pec crease)

no offense is taken, i dont even feel like i look like i work out, which pisses me off because i work hard.

either way

i started 57.6 mg, and i like it. workout today went great, no BP issues,

did Rack chins with 35 lbs rest pause for 8-4-2
and reverse grip bent over rows at 165 for 8

one thing i do have a problem with is curls, on the pinky side of both arms, inbetween my wrist and elbow i get pain, maybe its because im using the straight bar, but i dont feel that pain with an EZ bar.

i feel like im leaning out, but i do notice im holding a bit of water....

om suprised i even gained 1.4 pounds this week becuase i carb cycled wed sat and sunday (low carbs)

pump today after 38.4 mg (taken at once an hour pre workout) was awsome, felt the pump after 2nd warm up set, which is very unusual for me.

im sure i can grow, diet and training is ALWAYS solid

i missed like 9 weeks in the past year or soo thou

6 weeks due to abdominal surgery (appedix) (had the surgery april 4th of 08)
2 weeks do to low back (was exactly 1 yuear and 2 months ago)

1 week (new orleans habitat for humanity) although i did pullups everyday and labor all day long.

sucks i know, but only soo much you can do when things go wrong.
 
NOTE:

yesterday libido was way up..... something about womens gymnastics i guess lol, but it was up there.

i dont feel too much shut down, still wake up with wood.

all doses end up being finished by 5 , if not a little earlier,

i try to give my liver much needed time to rest, so i get at least 14 hours of nothing damaging my liver, and it gets its meds every night.

Nose bleeds have went away, i think i had a sharp booger that like hit my nose or something that cut the inside and it bleed every time my pressue went up when working out. who knows.

taking my 2 pills in 10 min then heading to the gym by 9 30.

ok today felt good, by the time shoulders came around i was fired up

135 on barbel military press for 8-4-2 rest pause, personal best for me (especially since my back problem, straightened my lumbar july of 07)
my reps went up by 1-2 reps on flat with 225, i can now do it for 3, personaly best was i believe 8 or 10

Since surgery i started to recheck form with all my pressing lifts, touching my chest with the barbell ect,

Although i feel it mor in my front delts the lower i go, maybe becuase i have long arms, i still do it, i want my ****ing chest to look normal

anyway, elbow pain in both elbos today. dunno why,

tomorrow is a rest day.

yea i think its kicking in... work out have definetly getting better,

no signs of MPB yet (not prone) no signs of gyno (not Prone)

uhmm, libido is up, girlfriend is slightly annoyed lol

if theres anything else you guys need let me know ill see what i can do for you or if i can answer,

school starts for me on the second, training will be difficult on mondays, but ill be able to deal, as long as i get to the gym thursday and tuesday by 830-9, and find a way to shower and drive 30 min to school and be in class by 11 all is good lol
i think ill be able to swing it, ill try it a few days before school to see how my body reacts,

I have been debating doing something like this for a while now. I just finished my first real Phera cycle and am in the middle of my PCT right now. I think that you will have good results. I have a question about your dosages, being that I was taking the original which was 10mg I started taking 20mg for week 1 then did 30mg for weeks 2 and 3. How much more potent is your brand of phera. I was very happy on 30mg and after reading I am just wondering about the increase that you are taking.

week 2 day 3

Feel goooooooooooooood, a little more agression, or people have just been pissing me off more lately.

either way, good stuff, real smooth. no shut down that i can tell, libido is up, and the compound feels mild in terms of shutdown ect. i dont think itll need a SERM if run alone.

outta 5 stars at this point i give it a 3.5, only because its middle of 2nd week.

leg workout today, will be leg press and leg curl calf raise.

im excited to see how this goes. the weight isnt piling on yet, although its only the middle/end of week 2, i think the gains start in week 3 but im not soo sure,

diet has been consistent throughout the whole cycle, with a range of 200-250g carbs 300g protein and 75-100 g good fats.ill see how much i gain this week and depending on how i look (which i think my BF lowered maybe a little, which is strange) i may add more carbs. im trying to keep this lean and dry, which i know people say its wet, but the compound itself i dont think aromatizes.

ill report back i guess later tonight or after my workout, whichever one is easier.

my batch is 030508 and it reads 15mg per pill on the label, but the COA has it at 19.2 mg per cap!

ok work out went GREAT

Leg press 870 for 3
widow maker 590 for a nice 20, felt awsome
Leg curl (cybex machine) 115 for 5-2-1 rest pause. as opposed to leg curl on the free motion with 150

Calf raise (DC style) 70 pounds for 14. EASY so that weight will go up.

goal in the next 9 weeks is going to be for 1000 pound leg press. i hope its doable.

all in all, great work out. ill be feeling it for the next few days.
 
add a lot more carbs!!

ill probably add more carbs, maybe about another 100, to get up to 300-350,

what i do notice is fat gain when i get a little higher then 250.

but i have 150g of carbs between breakfast and post workout,

75 for breakfast, 75 post workout,

when do you guys start experienceing gains?
 
work out was OK today, seems like motivation is lacking, well not motivation but i guess lethargic, im a lil tired all day no matter how much sleep i get.

i did however do 335 deadlift for 2 reps from the rack, im not a fan of the rack, im clostrophobic in there, i also tried some new wraps to help with my hands from slipping, it just made the grip thicker, so i wasnt really a fan. its ok when using a thin bar thoguh i would think.

lets see what else i have to say, uhmm. i dont think gains are coming on "wet" being that this is a 5a reduced product, theres really no conversion. Also, libido has been up, mainly tend to get wood after i eat, maybe im weird, or maybe thats how it works for me lol.

on a side note my back is getting a little better left side is a little tight, and has been since wednesday. Chiro appt today so hell fix that right up......

Also i feel a little thicker, and my chest feels a tad heavier.
im afraid that if i add to many more carbs i may spill over, and gain more fat then i want.

Phera is a slower acting compound than super. Most of the gains come in the 3 and 4th week from what i hear so ride it out.
 
Ya I will agree the Phera really kicked in for me at the end of week 2 to week3. Have you been noticing any water retension? I experienced this but as the cycle progressed I noticed it leveled out.

no raeal bloat form what i can say, maybe a little water bt i attribute that to the carbs,

i actually think im lossing a lil bodyfat, bc my diet is clean, always is.

my chest is where it needs the most wrk, i hate my chest, theres just that mid lower part thats way to triangular, and i hat it. looks weird, makes me look jus bad.

monday starts week 3 and the second week at 57.6 mg soo hopefully the weight will come on strong!

the idea of 12 pounds-15 pounds, and not hiding needles from my girl is much more appealing, especially when it can come in 4 weeks as oppsed to 8-16 and a much heavier PCT.

i have enough PCT to last me like 5 more cycles.

next cycle, i wanna pin tren and EQ for 8 weeks,

200mg tren a week (maybe 300) and about 450mg EQ per week, tri weekly shots.

or i can cut up with

EQT2 (halodrol and M14ADD) ran 3 pills a day coming out to
105 mg M14ADD and 60 mg halodrol and do that for 20 days,
then Hdrol at 75 mg for 20 days, and maybe bridge into trenadrol,


but thats like march or so, depending on if i pin, (EQ is expensive) and i have 4 appt for a tatt thats gunna run likr 5-600 each sitting. so im saveing for that, and i got a tremendouse amount of orals.

The only thing about the gains is that they are harder to maintain in a 4 week cycle, I believe.

I've never ran a bridge, but I think that one of the added benefits is that you can retain the gains more easily.

tru, i sometimes gained into PCT, or kept most my strength which was a good indicator that i am keeping my muscle,

ok guys.... im contenplating this, feedback if you wanna give it

i may want to run the phera for 5 weeks
so the new cycle will be like this (MAYBE)

P Plex 38.4/57.6/57.6/38.4/19.2
Mdrol ______________ /10/20mg/20(or 30)/same as previous week


just becuase i think that pplex will continue its gains into week 5. and the mdrol will then keep it up.
 
today went well, ive been EXTREMELY tired soo i didnt think the workout would go as well as it did.

all lifts went up by one rep (today was chest shoulders tris)

i did dumbell shoulder press with 65s (used to do 70s for 10 when i did it with legs but doing it after chest is defiently much harder)

i feel like i look better

i woke up this morning weight was 205.6!! but then i peed and was 203.6, so im gunna have tyo say 203.6 is the weight for today!

i believe thats a total of 5 pounds. and today starts week 3!

let me know what you guys think about the proposed bridge i wrote last night.

Note: scalp has been itchy, but i also have a little dandruff. (but dont worry i never wear the black with out the blue lol)

ive been using selson blue every night to help with the dandruff,

ive been pulling my haor where it itches, but non comes out so thats a good sign i guess.

i got saw palmetto if i need it , i just dont feel like using it unless its a problem, i dont know if its the dandruff causing the itch or shedding.

tomorrow is legs!
 
going to the gym fairly shortly as soon as i figure out what compound leg movement i want to usem

i did leg press and i did squats and my membership at my other gym is up, so im not debating on what i should do.,..

front squats suck ball sack.

i hated them i only got to 135 lbs, not sure but i think that sucks.

SLDL was 155 for 8, not bad, sciatica kicked in hard though on last set.

tomorrow is day off, i feel GOOOOOOOOD, i got so much sleep the pasdt few days,
