I have recently started back in the gym after a few years. i have stayed in some what of good shape. i would like to know what to work out first, and how to keep a weekly regiment
 
I would stick to compound lifts and make sure your form is perfect. Deads, Squat, Bench, Cleans, and Shoulder press will give you great gains.
