Not much to report today. Worked last night, came home, dropped off the kids at school, and then went to the mtb trails for a 9 mile ride. Just over an hour of some great cardio.
Usually, after a trail ride, I'll pick up a beer for the drive home. The wife & I gave up alcohol for Lent.. So, when I got home (about an hour later), I drank a protein shake. Probably about 45 minutes after that, I made chicken tacos with a can of white chicken and some taco seasoning. I put it on two whole wheat tortillas. The rest of the day, I was really bloated again.
Now, tonight, after dinner, the bloat seems to have gone away..
I'm thinking I'm not drinking enough water throughout the day. Tomorrow, I'm off. I'll make sure I drink plenty of water and see how I look/feel.

On a side note, today was sunny and 87.. Got my first sunburn of the season. Lol. Just a little bit of color and less bloating makes for a nice visible difference.

I'll get an updated weigh in tomorrow morning.
curious to see how you look and feel tomorrow after upping water.

I'm water logged!! Lol. Nah, not that bad. I rode my bike again & then met my wife for lunch out in town. The waitress earned her tip by keeping my tea full. Lol.
Back on days this weekend. Gonna try to hit the gym tomorrow by 345 am..
Vascularity continues to impress!!

Well, I definitely think the water made a difference!! Woke up this morning at 3am & weighed in at 189 even. Was a little flat, but aren't we all when we wake up?
I applied .5ml Invictus to my inner arms and 1ml VK to my pecs. I popped a caffeine pill and headed to the gym for a chest/back workout.

I had to laugh a little.. I had forgotten that last night I dosed .5ml liquid cialis for some rack op's with the wife. About 2-3 minutes into the workout the pump was real!! 🤣🤣

I drank 32 oz. Of water during the workout. Here's a blurry shot after the workout. Yes, you're reading that correctly on the bathroom wall. Lol

I finally attempted a leg workout after hurting my knee about a month ago. I never got an MRI, but I think I have a torn acl or mcl.. I did high dose bpc-157 for about 30 days after that and for the most part am not pain free. I know I can't play tennis or basketball, but I can ride my mountain bike and that's some fun cardio.
I wanted to start slow with legs because we all know how the next few days can be. I kept it simple.

5x25 squats...

It was basically cardio with weights.

My legs still feel pumped from 4am this morning.

I know the next 3-10 days are going to suck. Lol.

Not bad for not being able to hit legs! If I quit a body group for an extended period of time, I watch myself catabolize. Lol

I think riding my mountain bike has helped my legs maintain some definition. The size has gone down though.

I know you are not close to my age, but I've decided definition over mass is a good thing for my joints as I get older. I also feel healthier at a lower weight, but that's just me-we all have different goals.

I'm kind of the same way.. Definition and shape are more important to me. I think I'm about tapped out on size, unless I just want to get totally dialed in with the training and diet, but I just don't have that discipline any more. Between working 12 hour shifts and running around with the kids, I like to chill out in the backyard and sip on a cocktail when time permits.

Oh, by the way. The legs are getting more painful as the night goes on.. Tomorrow is going to be rough..
I plan on doing shoulders and then hitting the mountain bike trails for a solid hour of cardio.

I see you have been biten by the cardio bug...people who don't do cardio regularly think I am crazy when I say that cardio is addicting[I use that term loosely, lol]...

I'm totally late, but in!

couple things as I've been catching up: I would recommend applying invictus post workout. also, early in the evening or late in the afternoon...you want to beat that evening cortisol spike and you also don't want it playing with your sleep :)

but, seriously...looking awesome!

If it is a a long half life, why post workout as opposed to pre?

I meant to update yesterday, but it was a long day.

I woke up another pound lighter! I even grilled cheeseburgers the night before!!

The legs are still hurting. Consuming high amounts of protein and bananas.

Had a great shoulder workout yesterday. Kept the intensity and volume high. I think the moderately lighter weights and higher volume has helped me in this cut. Less stress on the joints and higher heart rate for fat burning.

As soon as I finished my workout, I jumped in the truck and went for a ride on the trails. The first mile was rough on the legs, but they eventually loosened up and I pushed it hard!!

Taking today off.. Work was kind of busy last night & I need a nap. Working again tonight and tomorrow night. Off this weekend and then to the beach Monday!!

Just a quick update. I took yesterday off to work around the yard before these storms came in today. Worked last night and was going to take today off too.

Instead, I went to the Waffle House and stuffed my face. Was starving when I got off work this morning. Probably due to zero carbs yesterday.

I walked around the Home Depot & started feeling good.

Went to the gym and hit arms real quick.

Came home & napped for a few hours.

This afternoon, after cutting my hair and showering, I looked in the mirror and looked even leaner!! I got on the scale at 188! Usually, this late in the day, after breakfast and lunch, I'll be up a few lbs. Not today!!
I'll get a more accurate weigh in on Saturday morning upon waking.

Absolutely loving this stack!!!

Day 18 update:

Finally back on a regular sleeping schedule. Woke up this morning around 5:30 fully awake and feeling great!

Ran to the bathroom to take a leak & weigh in.. Well, I guess we could call this a successful recomp/cut!!
Was hoping to see a lower number on the scale, but it was 189.8...
But, I look in the mirror and don't see the huge love handles!!
Here's a comparison from day 1 to this morning.

I could not be happier!!!

You should add in iconogenin if you have the funds!
@delsolrob....we need to find a way to consolidate iron legion/iconic formulation orders so people don't need to pay separate shipping fees!!!

@enhanced if you want to add iconogenin to go along with Invictus/vii-kt talk to rob 1st.
