Starting helladrol monday

Ok starting my cycle on Monday and just need a final look at it from everyone here it is

Preload this week with AI cycle support 2 scoops at night

Hella dose 50/75/75/75/100/100
AI cycle support 2 scoops the whole cycle and Pct
Whey protein and casein
Multi vitamin
Taurine if needed
Fish oil

Pct
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Daa 3g a day
Erase starting week 3 of Pct
Creatine mono (should I take on cycle as well?)

Any help would be much help thanks
 
I'd run the creatine from before the cycle until after PCT that way it is in your system and working before you hit PCT.

I believe the uptaking more would just lead to a faster saturation when pre-loading it. So I'd just stick at 5g a day.

honestly bro I would save the creatine for pct... you are going to need it then... its really not necessary at all during cycle... its not going to hurt you but i would really save it... front end of your cycle looks good... the only thing i would consider adding is forma stanzol about mid cycle... i found that it was extremely beneficial for me on my helladrol cycle... as far as pct... nolva is fine... i prefer torem but nolva is good as well... daa is a great choice... you can use erase but i think the forma would be excellent... i would thorw in something like a need2slin in there as well... I also think that on your dosing that you should start your helladrol at 75 instead of 50... I think 50 is a waste... You will be fine starting at 75... Check out my log and see how I ran it... I had an extremely successful cycle... If you need any help along the way let me know

Bull**** creatine IS needed on roids- think about it anabolic steroids "shuttle" nutrients to the muscles, and cause increased blood flow- hence when you use creatine while ON it becomes much more effective and the muscles are much more taking it in read about it
 
everyone has a different opinion on this... you will see a 50/50 split on this subject... i never once said it was bad at all... i just don't think its necessary... you have your opinion on it and thats cool but me personally, i dont feel its necessary... there are arguments both ways... and I HAVE read hour on top of hours on this subject and thats why i say most opinions are split... i always repsect peoples opinion though and you do have a point as well...

Ok so I started on monday at 75 mg and then late Tuesday night I got sick and was throwing up like it was my job. Should I be worried about anything? I haven't dosed yet today, I just wanted to see if I could just start back up tomorrow? Or should I just discontinue?
 
Are you still feeling sick? Were you taking it with or without food?

I think it might have been a stomach bug or something but I was talking it with fishoil and then a protein shake .anything I can do about the headaches? And also when should I take hawthorn berries and how much can I take? 1g?

So you're not sick anymore? It's easy to put off the cycle for a week until you get better, but it's a total bitch to get sick in the middle of a cycle. Do you feel feverish, have any congestion, chills, headache, or was it only nausea? I know you started Monday, but you're not shutdown at all yet, so you could just stop until you felt better. If you're better now, carry on though. I've been sick with the flu mid cycle and it fukcing blows.

And I agree with taking creatine throughout cycle and pct. The stuff is super cheap if you get pure bulk creatine mono. I don't see any negatives about taking creatine through cycle (unless you have diabetes or kidney disease. With these you shouldn't be doing an aas anyway), but there are many positives (increased endurance, hypertrophy, glycemic control, power output, etc). Don't see the logic in waiting until PCT unless you want your increased water weight to offset lost muscle gains to make yourself feel better. Apparently there's another side to the argument though. I've been wrong before so someone feel free to correct me.
