great forum
getting back in the game hardcore after last 10 years of off and on
30 years old
5'9' 180lb
very good shape
presently
bench 225lb 10x
shoulder press 135 10x
biceps 70lb 10x, 90lb w/curl bar 13x
tri lying clse grip press curl bar 90lb w/curl bar 15 x
squat 315lb 15 x
i have a 2 pack
goals to smash my prs each lift
185lb at the most
i run 2 miles 4-5x week i dont want too much bw on my knees
used to weigh 195-200(very good shape) for 10 years but last year lost 20 pounds. i feel great. running makes me strong internally.
if im in the wrong forum please advise.
i read 1 week of great info at this forum and (bb.com lol)

i will be intaking 2 to 3 scoops of ptimum whey shakes
breakfast- oatmeal 5 eggwhites
throughtout the day-4 chicken breasts on wheat bread
4 weeks
workout wholebody once a week. 2 days off
abs everyday(had a bad back from sports. abwork the only cure)
start tommorrow
