starter cycle

The last time I tried to post i got very little response. I was 330lbs and 36 percent body fat. only advise I got was drop to 270 LBS. I am now 265lbs And 20 percent Body fat.I want some clean muscle mass.my diet is 7meals a day.ex.breakfast 8 eggwhites and 2 whole eggs cooked in evoo with baby spinich and a cup of oatmeal.lunch. 1 lb chicken breast with asparagus and a cup of brown rice. Dinner is a Lb of chicken breast. And asparagus.training is monday chest,tues back,wed quads,thuds arms,fri shoulders. Andsat hams.calves on both leg days.treadmill 30 minutes 3mph and 4% incline every day except leg days.looking for a good cycle for clean mass and fatburning potential. Was thinking about test prop200 eod and clen or maybe some winny.any help and advice is welcomed.thank you for your help.this will be my first cycle.let's make it great....
 
I can tell you from personal experience, 20% bodyfat is still too high to run any sort of bulking cycle, and still totally unncessary to run a cycle to lose fat. If you've lost 55lbs in 6 months, then seriously power on till you see your abs, and do a cycle after that. Any mass gains you'd make at this point would carry fat gains with them. And even using anabolics you aren't going to make significantly more progress than you've already been making.

.both testprop and clen or winny is cutting cycles.I would make some gains but would be clean.the more muscle mass the faster one burns fat.im not opposed to waiting by any means.so please don't get me wrong.what's your thoughts if any or do you feel im way off base here.
 
Really neither test prop or winny is a cutting cycle. Both are just anabolics, with winny adding more to hardness. But neither gives significant fat loss. Clen does, but just by raising metabolic rate. I've seen guys bulk on either prop or winny....

The bigger issue really is that gaining significant amounts of muscle while losing significant amounts of fat just doesn't happen. Muscle gets added with caloric surplus, fat is lost with caloric deficit. Sure you could gain 6 or 7 pounds of lean mass while losing 1 or 2 of fat but that would be a waste of anabolics.
 
Well Im glad you ve lost some much weight in so little time. That means the fat buring is still at a very high rate which is good. and the weight you ve lost is mainly been fat with the 16% drop in BF.

I think you should run a fat buring stack first and than a PH recoup cycle. Pick up PES alpha T2 & I Force nutrition TT-33. Both are non stimulant based fat burners, tt33 is throiyd(sp) based. That should bring you down another 10lbs and hopefully the BF to 16-17%.

Get two bottles of CEL H drol and P stanz each. The p stanz is a non meth cutter and the h drol is a meth based light bulk, lean mass compound. Get 2 bottles of CEL assist and start taking it as directed 1 wks prior to the cycle and into 1wk of PCT. You will maybe gain a few lbs and drop a 2-3% BF.

Read up in the PCT section to figure out what to do or PM me again and Ill help out.

So if the fat buring stack gets you down to 255 and 17% BF you ll end up 258 and 14% BF. Than go back to cutting again, do what you are doing currently because it works for you.
