Start stack Tr1umph + ARA (2 month)

Well, arrived pack! I have already taken a dose Tr1umph, good!
For two months I will follow this stack!
I will report my feeling, it makes no sense to post photos etc etc. also because they are in bulk! then it is normal that I will increase weight.
I will keep you informed!

My scheme for 2 months will be:
-1 Scoop a day of Tr1umph (30 minutes prework day on, day off in the afternoon on an empty stomach).
-6 Softgel 30 minutes prework ARA, together with Tr1umph (on day only)
I will tell all my feelings!

in two weeks I got my TDEE,
and now I have started a reverse diet ... 25g of complex carbohydrates, added every week.
Soon it resets the pro, the Down a bit ', and fats always keep them low, from 30 to 40g per day.
I'll be always on IF 16/8 diet.
Day on, day off, they differ, that day off, there are 100g of carbohydrates in less.
;)

10 days past ... and at least 5 times I avuro diarrhea!
I'm taking it on an empty stomach, in the afternoon, and at night I have diarrhea.

nice stack .. this will be my next stack with xgels .. well it will be PA not sure from where .. I do have epiQ but would prolly pick up bulk PA as well t make my own pre workout

Maybe try splitting the dose, and if that dosnt work, splitting and having with other fatty (if possible) food.

Yes, try that. Soy Lecithin has a high choline content, which can affect some people to varying degrees in the manner you're experiencing. I also notice a nearly laxative effect from SoyL, but it has diminished over time.

I would try 1/2 the dose preworkout, and 1/2 with your post-workout meal and give it a few days. If you still don't notice any improvement, I'd switch to 1/2 with breakfast and 1/2 with dinner. Tr1umph doesn't have to be taken pre-workout to be effective. It is preferred, but not necessary.

I divide the dose!
half-dose at the end of the first meal, and half-dose at the end of the last day meal.

On training days, I take it prework, and these days no diarrhea.

I took a half scoop after the first meal, and another half a scoop just now, at the end of last meal. After half an hour diarrhea!

damn horrible side

so many ingrident in it dont know what can be causing it .. and it only occurs after drinking it ? how about if you take a day off from it .. and if your fine .. maybe try quater of a serving at a time .. i know it suxs but might not have another option or sell the stuff and pick up fearn or EpiQ ( PA in caps ) have been getting good reviews

Since you don't have any issues on workout days, and presumably you're not taking it as close to a meal on those days, it seems like perhaps the emulsification effects of PA are what's causing the diarrhea. With this in mind, I would try to take it as far away from meals as possible so the Soy Lecithin doesn't have a bunch of fats in your stomach to emulsify.

Diarrhea have on training days, and in the days of no training. Everyday!
I tried everything, away from the food, and close by the food, empty stomach, full stomach, a half scoop, plus a half scoop ... a whole scoop and just.
Prework and away from prework! tried everything.

Today I try with half a scoop a day!

Let's see how it goes! :')
 
I had GI issues for the first week and then they let up. Surprised they are lasting so long.
 
this stack looks very interesting.. I must admit PA works really well for me. How would this stack go if i was to add alphamax xt into the mix? or is that over kill?

Also on me works PA, soy lecithin granules.
I wanted to try Tr1umph also because it has a nice profile of other things.
But for the moment it is making me sick ...
We hope that passes.

You can add Alphamax xt without problems!
 
I'm definitely trying this stack soon. I did X-gels, aba, Alphamax xt, Alcar and GMS for 8 weeks... I had headaches I can only compare to when I cycled Superdrol. Stock up on aspirin, got me through the first couple weeks! Expect some decent gains and strength.

Everything ok, no problem yesterday! Now days off, I try again to put 100ml of water in 1scoop of Tr1umph, let's see what happens ... yesterday it worked!
Little water and zero problems.
 
2nd day without diarrhea (sorry :D)
at the time I solved by doing so: 1scoop of tr1umph in 100ml of water, not 350ml of water as recommended on the label!
 
Day 3, okay, no problem with Tr1umph!
The trick is, 1scoop in 100ml of water fasting!

I dropped Tr1umph!
Many digestive problems, bloating, diarrhea often.
A supplement will not suit me.
I also felt pain in the testicles.

I do not want to speak ill of this house, but I would like to point out one thing ...

Test1fy powder ... water! on me I did not do anything! only bigger testicles.

Ignit3 seems to have worked, but a problem that I could see, bothersome prostate, seemed swollen, some problems to pee ... pain in the testicles.

Tr1umph, stomach problems, pain in the testicles.

I do not say anything, but, rejected!

Excuse me, but I tell the truth!

Ignit3 seems to have worked, though, but too many side effects on me.

ArA and AlphaMax XT is such a good stack. Run for 8 weeks. Should yield decent results.

Have you looked into PowerMax XT as your source of creatine? Not sure what your budget is, may be cheaper to get just straight bulk mono, but it's a really solid formula.

I've got a ton of regular creatine that I got for under $20. I've also got betaine from Powder City for really cheap, that looks like a good profile though..the one creatine I really liked back in the day was EAS Phosphagain I think it was called..that and green bulge..but here lately I've just been going with regular creatine..
