Off night, had to take my daughter to bowling this evening. After that came home and had a Lamb Kabob Pita, and Fatoush Salad. Wife had a Shift Kafta aka "Sh*t Kaka". Lol
I miss kabobs

So now that I'm on TRT...What's y'alls thoughts on keeping my dose at TRT and letting the Tbol and Oral Tren do the work?

Less bloat, a little less muscle arguably but I don't think so. I think you have tren and Tbol that will probably build all the muscle you can put on almost during that time.

What your plans? Cut? Bulk? Recomp?
 
Well I have been recomping and would like to continue to cut so I can get down to a lower more manageable body fat%

Alright I think it depends a bit how much tren you use. It's not a massive bulker but there's very little fat and water even during. A bulk.. Now during a cut I wouldn't expect to blow up either but you're probably gonna be pleasantly surprised how effective tren actually is. Looking forward to see the cycle log

Awesome to here your back at it. Yeah just started TRT. Just take it slow, and recover right
 
Yes that’s the plan slowly starting to pick up muscle that I lost after surgery that was a long 3 months but back at it 4 days a week perhaps we can meet up on a Saturday and train.
 
5 A's and 2 B's, and the teacher said she is meticulous with her work, and shares answers in class. Big change from last year. So glad we switched schools now.
