You really do get some volume in bro.....

With those bent over rows you might find it’s a stabilising issue (guessing your still limited to squatting with a smith machine?)

I’d throw in some pull throughs, glute ham raises, good mornings and rdl’s on both back and leg day for a bit, really bullet proof that posterior chain so you can set like a steel rod for the b o rows. Strength is clearly there as can be seen in the other exercises.

I'm doing one in January. Running Tren, test, and Var. Maybe I can get my bloodwork done sooner, but right now they have it scheduled for October. So I got a hard cut for January

Where I live in January. It will be -20 and we will be wearing multiple layers. Lol. But if I do 16 weeks. By May I will look like a beast. Keep burning fat till January, and then cut hard then, add in 16 week cycle. And I will be good for next summer

IDK. I walk about 15-19miles a day for my job and I still look like hairygrandpa but a little less muscle

Imo it’s more the mental health benefits which are underrated, physically I think it’s good but of course if you wanna look like HG you need the hardcore training, crazy diet and medicine cabinet as well lol

I just think the actual of spending an hour plus a day moving as nature intended, in fresh air and alone with your thoughts is great......
